This store is a hot mess, and i will never be back. I would rather go out if my way 30 minutes to the sprouts on Central Park Blvd than go back to this location. From self checkout kiosks that do not work and try to charge me twice as much for my order then in the middle of the transaction it just restarts, to customer service employees that have no knowledge on how to help customers sign up for rewards. Even the items are ringing up as the wrong price. We thought this would be exciting to get a Sprouts in our area, but it doesn't matter having one close means terrible customer service, unknowledgeable employees, and plastic on freshly prepared sushi. If I could give them 0 stars I would! On top of the issues in store their app is terrible with logging in and the employees even admitted to many customers having issues with signing up and app. read more

I shopped at sprout in ca and Az and whenever i travel .First time at sprout in this location . Look nice inside and got my groceries and instead using the self check out I used the regular cashier . She was walking away when j ask can I check here guess she not happy and charged me for bags . I was surprised they charge bags here beside California. She didn't charge my fiend bag fees while I am standing there watching here . She probably thinking I am stupid not watching . Yes everyone but me get charge bag fees . I've been coming here since it first opened up and I love that it's here. It was needed for a very long time. Most of the employees here are nice and some just go there to work. Sure you're not going to get world class customer service (you might from a couple) but it's an entry level job in an underdeveloped neighborhood (yes, it's still growing. And needs work). At the end of the day, it's a grocery story. Go in, get the products you need and love and get out. Tip: For those of you using the deli you might be waiting so make that your first stop and place your order. Then you can use that time to to get everything else you need. They will place your order aside for pickup. read more

I was very disappointed the few times that i visited this place. Ironically i needed to speak to a manager in 2 different occasions and he was never available. I had left my information for him to call me back and i have not yet heard from him, i believe his name was Matt. I took my business elsewhere. I have been a sprouts customer for several years. I was excited when a new store opened near my home. I just made my first purchase there yesterday and was more than disappointed when I nearly choked on a fish bone while eating their turkey carnitas. I returned the remaining portion to the store and spoke with a manager about my findings. No apology was offered nor an explanation provided. So happy to have a sprouts literally a block away from where we live. This location is large, clean and has everything we need. The other day we had an employee ask us if we needed help in the vitamin section which has never happened to us at any other location. The reason for the three stars is because of the deli section. Ordered sandwiches here three times and have had issues every time. The last time we went, my wife's sandwich was missing ingredients and mine was on the wrong bread with the wrong meat. The past two employees just seemed extremely bothered to have to make us sandwiches. read more

For being a healthier grocery store option, this place is pretty darn good. Yes, some things are a bit pricier because of that, but that's something you have to understand when shopping here. The bakery items are awesome and I haven't had a bad thing yet. Some of the drink items are also amazing, like the watermelon water. My only gripe is the deli. I don't go to it often, but my few experiences with it so far have been far from great. The waiting time is pretty bad. Also, one time I asked for a pound of salami, only for the person to give me 2/3 of a pound. Not a massive deal, but still kind of annoying. Overall, I prefer this place over Kings or Natural Grocers when looking for healthier options; just remember that it'll cost you a shiny penny. read more

I recently went into the new location in Green Valley Ranch, Denver CO and had the WORST experience with the store manager Destiny Sneed. She is rude and does not know how to talk to her customers. She is snappy and very demeaning. Not only that, the way she talks to her staff and supporting managers was shocking. She told one staff member that he is too slow, while he was putting out product. She told another staff member, who clearly looked stressed, that she needs to basically just suck it up and deal with whatever her issue was. All this around customers. When asked a simple question of where something was she was not welcoming at all and basically just pointed in the general direction and said "over there" then walked off. I understand it is a stressful time just opening and that there is a lot going on in the neighborhood with King Soopers being the only other store but on strike. But this store will not last if she continues to run it this way. I would really like to speak to HR or someone regarding this because I feel horrible for the staff that has to work under her and also dont want other patrons to feel the way she made me feel. I will gladly take my business and money elsewhere. read more
