As our family enters in to a situation that we can only explain as unexpected we found King Triton Bail Bonds and they are spectacular people. With our boy making more and more bad decisions as he grows in to a much bigger BOY I can only say that this was an eye opener. Ian was there for us and gave us a much needed crash course in Bail Bonds, jail booking and release and the process we can expect to see moving forward. My husband and I asked for guidance as we find our son is doing things that are far from acceptable and I pray that the Bail to Rehab program helps our son get in gear. If your family member is going down a path of abuse and you have an opportunity to use a bail bondsman that actually has some experience in this path. You have to call King Triton and ask them about the Bail to Rehab program they offer. Ian basically makes it a requirement that our son stays in the rehab program we are designating our he will lose his bail privilege and be placed back in to jail. Woohooo... I'm out thank you King triton. Lol . But let's be honest when you need a bail bondsman make sure you use these guys. Desiree is Amazing and she actually made sure that I knew what was going on the whole time. I think I was in jail about 3 hours before they let me call a bail bondsman, and the first two companies I called didn't answer. But when I got in touch with them all went smooth. I'll admit I called them a lot after and she answered every time which made me feel at ease. What a great way of doing business... I spoke with Ian. Not only did he answer my questions but he really communicated to me what happens after they give the jail the bail bond. Once we did the application over the phone he came out to my house with his trainee and he explained all of the documents to me and also let me know what the obligations to the court will be. One hundred percent 5 star business. I called king Triton on the 4th of July and Ian and Desiree did exactly what they said. Not only that, they educated me on what goes on behind the scenes and why it is going to take a bit of time for my friend to get out once they do there job. Before I got in touch with king triton I had called another company that told me the bail wasn't large enough for them to handle. I think the guy was actually drunk. Oh well. Great group over there at King Triton Bail. I would say they made this really easy for us. I called them for my brother and they took the payment over the phone. Then Ian called me when it was time to pick him up from the jail. I got to the jail and it was about 15 minutes before my brother came out. I found out a few weeks later that we could get a discount for hiring an attorney I think it was 20% and they refunded me the $200. Pretty cool of them to do that. read more

I dont want to talk about the charges or the case but I can say that having someone letting you know what is happening and keeping you informed throughout the morning was a relief in this situation. This was quite an experience. Needless to say King Triton Bail Bonds was very understanding and well versed in this process. Spoke with Des and she gave me all the info on my friend. She basically made the whole experience seem easy. I met her at the office and we signed the contract and that was it.
