I wanted to update my review because since I reviewed last they are always open when I stop in, and yesterday they COMPLETELY won me over. I had a vape emergency and my mod fell on the floor and was completely destroyed - if you are an ex smoker that uses vaping for smoking cessation you know exactly what I'm talking about! The panic, anyway I gave them a call and they made sure not only to hook me up with a great solution but a great price and furthermore, honestly really went above and beyond. The salesperson was so cool about it, really cared and it cost me less than I thought it would. They do know what they're talking about here. Anything I need for vaping, juice, coils, batteries, tanks, mods (please stock more mods!) I will get it here from now on as long as I live in Cincinnati. They don't seem very busy so every time I go I get great one on one service and I can get in and out fast. Even tho they don't seem busy the juice is always fresh, never had a bottle that tasted like it's been sitting forever and I appreciate that. My only gripe at this point is I wish they stocked more mods & tanks because I would buy them there if they did. I came here because they were the only shop close by that had the t8 coils I was looking for. I was very pleasantly surprised with the store and especially the owners. The shop has plenty of parking out back, which was my main concern before heading there. They have a great variety of juice and a really cool, relaxed vibe. The owners were happy to talk about juices I asked about, and made some excellent recommendations. They have an area up top for darts and other entertainment as well, and I will have to check that out another time. I really enjoyed visiting this shop and will definitely return. read more

I went to the Newport Ky location and the girl was very knowledgeable and we proceeded to pick out a vape kit for me. I purchased some vape juice and went back for two months but everytime they didn't have the pods for it. I checked other stores and they never even heard of this particular vape kit So now I'm upset due to the simple fact I bought investment that I cannot even use. I than purchased another vape kit of a different kind so now I have two vape kits. While there I asked if they ever got the pods in for the first vape kit the kid said no but we have some free ones the company sent. There are two kinds of pods this particular one was not the one I liked but it would beat nothing at all. The package even said FREE SAMPLE right on it. Than the kid proceeded to the cash register saying it was five dollars . How is this???? I was frustrated I didn't buy it I called the owner and he stated that he did not need my business anymore! I'm notifying the BBB as we.ax this is NOT good customer service at all .now I'm stuck with a vape kit I cannot use and wasted my money. read more
