Background, appt was NOV 2024. I reached out in January 2025 after the bill became legal & seeing another company post the "how to's" get your KY Medical Cannabis card & get registered with the state & this office was clueless. They actually called me & I sent them the links with step by instructions. One of the steps is that the PROVIDER has to upload the PHYSICIAN CERTIFICATION LETTER (which I have in my possession) Even after that, my information was not uploaded. As of Feb, still waiting. For some reason I was scheduled a random new appointment (had already completed my appt in NOV 24 with the PHYSICIAN CERTIFICATION LETTER in my possession) & when I didn't answer because I was at work, I was sent an email to reach out. I called but got voicemail; left a voicemail as the email directed me to do as well as replied to the email. A week later, no reply. I inquired to see what the hold up was & was offered a refund. I asked to just be entered into the system since I'd already completed the paper work, uploading of documents & my appointment & this was not completed by them. I was told I needed another appointment (no reason provided) but could clearly see this was going nowhere so finally asked for the refund that was previously offered & am now waiting on that. I inquired once more since the refund hasn't come through & was told by Zach (biz owner) this was the least of his concerns. If giving a ZERO rating was an option, that's what I'd give this business. Please spend your hard earned money someplace that respects its customers. This treatment is not acceptable. For reference I also held my medical card when I lived in Ohio & had the BEST experience with the provider & ZERO issues getting registered immediately.

It's still the cheapest place in town with their sales. I do wish they would pull my order before I arrived (medical orders always appear to take longer than recreational) but I get that without pre-paying, it's not worth their time. Website is still the easiest to use in my opinion although it is hard to figure out how to use my loyalty points. Overall, this is where I go for big orders based on the price (and maybe I would go more if it was more convenient to me geographically).

You want the bag put on your door handle for easy access? They read the note and have always been polite. You're not going to have it rudely put on the door where you knock it down while opening or somewhere where you struggle to get it, they always go above and beyond with communication and general kindness, I really appreciate it as someone with mobility issues. You want it delivered in a box because it's snowing/contents could spill out? They got you, and they'll always put it somewhere easily accessible, text you if something is out of stock and openly communicate with you. I receive notifications for all steps of the process and given a good estimate on the delivery (usually a 2-3 hour time frame). You have questions about what you're buying? You can give them a call or text, they are usually very polite and ask for suggestions. The actual products, It's a little pricy compared to some, but you get what you pay for it's nothing im not used to, it's good quality and it works for my seizures so I don't complain. when it's high concentration it's usually more expensive in general. Only reason why I didn't put 5 stars, is I wish there was more in stock and they updated their online shop more frequently. It's more of a higher up issue than the on sight employees. I'm not entirely sure why, but It doesn't look to be like they get a lot of shipments in and they are often out of stock for a lot of products, including some of my go-to products which have been a bummer at times. They offer replacements if you've already paid with something in the same or greater price range which is very sweet of them. I'm more worried for them since their paychecks are their sales. But it also could be due to the funky weather delaying shipments. Even still, I've notice it a lot over the years me and my family has used them. I would genuinely recommend these guys if you need something reasonable in price, have a medical card and/or no easy access to transportation.
