The owner said he had to charge us extra because his Florida-based plane and crew had to overnight in Baltimore, MD. But the pilot told me when we landed that they were gassing up to fly home that night. The ground ambulance that Air Trek hired to take my sister to the Naples, FL airport had trouble finding the airplane. Air Trek's on-board medics declined to wear anti-germ masks until I insisted. Don't be fooled by the nice exterior shots of these planes. The interior space is very cramped and uncomfortable.

As a result, the people who were going to pick me up originally were unable to do so. And I needed to get to Captiva, about an hour away from the airport. I called two other limousine companies and they had no availability. That actually turned out to be a blessing because Ambassador Transportation was outstanding in absolutely every respect! Richard, the owner, was so nice and so patient in arranging for everything quickly and efficiently. Roger, my driver, was terrific. The car was so clean and comfortable.
