We realized around 7 months out that while we had booked some of the major things, we were overwhelmed and in over our heads, and she really saved the day and made it all possible - planning a wedding is a lot y'all!! Especially from out of state, whew! She helped us with finding quality vendors, keeping us on track/organized through her super helpful portal (which had sections for design planning, vendor contacts, budget, seating charts, to-do list, advice, etc), with a number of scheduled video calls and by checking in via email. We used zola for our website but I regret not going with her option to build a website for us because zola had a lot of frustrating limitations (couldn't even add links or bold things where we needed to). She had a helpful assistant through the prep process and an amazing, kind wedding day team who helped assemble my dream design elements. I'm a designer and made mockups of how I wanted things to look and uploaded pictures to the portal design studio, and they followed my vision so well!! And they even made one part look more tasteful than I had planned - loved it! Maybe more importantly, Andrea and her team basically made everything run smoothly, including packing up all the stuff we gave them to set out at the end of the night and dropping it off at my husband's dad's house since our venue was strict and needed everything out ASAP. What a relief to just show up to the wedding day (and leave) knowing all of those little details were being set up and taken care of - it was awesome! On the day-of, Andrea and her team were connected with the vendors with headsets, making everything run smoothly and communicating with the DJ about who was coming down the aisle for the songs to line up. She also helped us and the rest of the staff adjust and pivot after our ceremony went way overtime (we should've known, our rabbi loves the poetic details, which was beautiful in the moment, and my husband & I probably should've planned for more time knowing that lol). She helped us calm down after realizing how behind we were because she stayed so calm and collected, and calmly walked us through deciding what to shift for the rest of our timeline (we packed a lot of rituals in there). She also swooped in to help when I was having trouble with my makeshift dress bustle (she had worked at a bridal shop in the past - so amazingly helpful!) Andrea is so kind, calm, organized, approachable, and just nice to work with. She talked me through a few anxieties when I was overthinking things and in general, she was super patient with our moments of indecision and neurosis lol. I'm going to miss our rapport and check-ins, it was so nice knowing she had our backs throughout this whole process. We can't continue to allow these people to take advantage of us...something MUST be done!! "I was charged a fee of $1,500, I believe I should be compensated for the deplorable conditions and inconvenience I encountered while utilizing your facility. Listed below are the issues I incurred: Upon arrival, the banquet hall had a undesirable odor - the floor was dirty and sticky; the warming oven was never provided; The recommended bartender, who also serves as the general manager, was paid an additional amount of $200 (not included in the contract) - he showed up at least 30-45 minutes late, completely unprepared, including not having any ice, a major inconvenience to me and my guests; Being late and unprepared was one thing, but how can a bartender operate a bar with NO RUNNING WATER and ADAQUATE DRAINAGE!! Prior to signing the contract I was shown the facilities. Once I agreed on your recommended bartender and fee, I had no idea I would be provided a bar without proper set-up such as running water and proper drainage! Your facility initially provided two trashcans with liners - once full and emptied, you don't provide any additional liners - your trash cans smelled and were disgusting - you should at least provide a total of four trash cans for each event (one in each corner of the room) and each should have an additional liner - you are a thriving business, the liners can be purchased in bulk; My coordinator had no idea the sink was inoperable, waste was depositing into a small bowl located under the sink and already filled with nasty, dirty, smelly water (which could have been the source of the undesirable odor in the banquet hall); And finally, the most disappointing was the invasion of ANTS!! We placed our covered chicken on the designated countertop. Once the food table was prepared, we attempted to move the chicken from the counter to the food table and that's when we realized ANTS had invaded our chicken - they were everywhere!! Several guests complained there were ants in their food! Of course, we could not continue to serve the chicken it was ruined - Embarrassing and Completely Unacceptable!"

The chair I rented was beautiful and it was delivered on the dot of allotted agreed time. We were running a little late to end the event, and The guy who came to pick up the chair was so nice and accommodating and again, communication was on point. Will definitely be looking forward to renting with them in the future. The communication issue i had previously was addressed and they seem to fixed that.
