Kingdom is the first Photo Booth we've purchased. While we enjoy the features provided, we were very unhappy with numerous things discovered after we received the booth. 1. Our booth has an outdated version of Windows that is no longer supported. The announcement was made prior to us purchasing the booth and Kingdom very well could have sent us a booth with a newer version of Windows and chose not to. We discovered the outdated Windows version when the booth arrived. We were told we could update it by paying them another $400. 2. Our booth has a continual warning that Direct X needs updated. This pop up box interrupts our use of the editing software on the booth. The tech just keeps telling us to close the window...that's their solution. 3. We had wiring issues. I was electrocuted several times while using the booth. When a tech came up from Maryland to fix it, his response was that he didn't see anything wrong. I'm an electrical technician myself. I knew what the problem was. I insisted they fix it. I was sent the correct part and had to fix it myself. 4. Every box of paper and ink MUST be purchased through Kingdom. 2/3 of the cost of the media is a Licensing Fee they charge you to use their software. Although I'm paying thousands of dollars for this booth I'm going to have to keep paying them to use it for as long as I have it. I was NOT forewarned about this. I pay 3 times as much as any other photo booth renter for paper and ink because of this licensing fee. 5. Kingdom shows an online video of a person easily placing the head onto the stand. This is not how it really it. It takes 2 people to carefully place the head on the booth because it is so heavy AND slippery. Over-all the features on the booth and the fast printing do not make up for the numerous irritants and the cost of the paper and ink. The next booth we purchase will not be a Kingdom. read more

I would like to thank Ken Moss and his entire crew at Kingdom Photo Booths for the incredible support they offer Kingdom operators such as myself. Owning several booths from Kingdom has streamlined my business. They (the kingdom Crew) help make running my business more manageable. I am not always available to help my employees when situations arise on a job or at an event. From time to time an attendant or guest may touch something they shouldn't have, may not notice a wire that loosened itself in transit, or find themselves in one of dozens of situations they aren't confident handling. All of my crews when out at an event have Ken's Moss' personal cell phone number and an emergency "help line" phone number that is ALWAYS available to answer questions. On occasion they have even remotely fixed computer issues from their office in Baltimore instantly! I need not say how important that is when you are at a wedding and the bride has been dreaming about her Photo Booth!!!! Whatever problem would ever arise, there is simply no price you can put on the support you receive from Ken and his team. I am glad to pay the little extra it costs for paper per event to know that if I or one of my teams need immediate support we have it no matter when we call. The overall quality, service, value and price simply can't be matched by any other Photo Booth manufacturer. I know that because I have looked around at the many options. I encourage anyone looking to purchase a REAL Photo Booth to take a couple of weeks and really research the various manufacturers. Kingdom was my first photo booth purchase. They have a nice looking and very fast photo booth. I did however have three problems within my first year of owning the booth. I had a video card go bad, a wire from the computer to the printer go bad, and a smaller computer problem. These problems were fixed within a relatively short time period but I still had to miss the events when it went out and pay other sub- contractors when my booth was out of service. While the tech support was trying to talk me through my first technical issues, I realized by the shocked reaction to where certain items were located, I was sold an "old model year" unit at no discount. I also made arrangements to have a special tech support on an off day which was not upheld. No answer when I had problems during an event. Please also be aware they charge you $350 per roll of paper/ink. You can buy this for $100 from outside sources. This booth is VERY heave and bulky to move around. The software only takes bitmap images and is hard to customize the photo strips other than their preloaded custom designs. Because of the proprietary paper/ink, these photo booths have almost NO resale value. I was assured upon my purchase that they help anyone wanting to sell their booths. When I brought this up, they seemed angry and quit returning my calls. I now have a giant unusable very fast photo booth. read more

We have purchased three booths from Kingdom Photo Booth. I always do my research before making any purchases this big, and being able to communicate any questions that I might come up with the about the equipment was very important. I am out in Seattle and they are in Maryland somewhere so of course the time difference was a big concern. I was worried that I would be stuck with a photo booth and not have anyone there to help me with support. I was spending a lot of money and if I had a problem at wedding or party I wanted to make sure that there was someone around to call. They assured me that I would have no problems with the booths and that made me feel much better about my purchases, however I still wanted support just in case. Well fast forward three years and to this day I have yet to have any major issue at an event and when I have needed to call in for some simple questions I always get them answered quickly. read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. When we purchased this booth we were never told that we had to purchase the ink & paper with them ONLY. You CANNOT buy the ink & paper anywhere else & they charge almost $400 for a set of ink & paper. I have built a booth myself and the printer is smaller, efficient and only pay $99 for ink & paper supply. This is called MONOPOLY. This act is illegal. You cannot not ADD a different printer because it is coded/locked with their software. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE ANOTHER PRINTER AT ALL. I wish I can return the booth or wipe they software but I CAN'T. We are stuck with this booth collecting dust in the attic and paid a large amount of money for it. The program is horrible, it freezes a lot and the picture quality is not that great as it uses a web cam. Stay away. I Was warned about this company but I didn't listen. read more

We purchased a photobooth from Kingdom photo booth 4 months ago. It has been used on a daily basis without any problems. The customer service is excellent! Sara and Ken both were such great help!
