When i signed the closing statement the fee was not on there but 4 days later I got an "updated" closing statement with the fee. I went back to the original contract and in tiny small letters under Additions was the $695. I had already signed so I was F*cked. I had already agreed to a 10% commission which is higher than normal but I was okay with that. Out of the $1200 commission, my realtor got $174 the rest was dispersed among the "team". I am livid. DO NOT DO BUSINESS a with this crappy business. To rip off their employee and to charge $695 for a small land deal is outrageous. I offered to pay $100 and it was a big NO! There is a big reason why they have a 3 out of 5 on reviews. I emailed Scott Lander and he said he would have taken the fee off if I hadn't cussed at one of his team members... yeah, okay...Bad Business. stay away but if you do business with them read every single line and and keep every piece of correspondence. Don't do anything over the phone that you can't document.

She does not press the homeowner when they are filling out the required paperwork that is called The Disclosure Form. This is the page where the seller tell the agent if there are any problems with the home or any other issues a buyer should know. Kerri gives the seller the form and goes back to the office. She does not press them to be truthful on the form nor does she question anything they write on it. It's willful ignorance. AND IT'S LEGAL (Kind of) Just know, if you buy a property where Kerri is the listing agent she has done nothing to verify or check any information the seller discloses of the form. LIKE I SAID It's legal for her to bury her head in the sand and her whole team will support her method. Is it right "NO" It is not about crossing your "T's" and dotting your 'I's It is about the foundation of your purchase and what all she chooses to pretend she does not know - but she does know and doesn't care about you.

Both buyer and seller agents are from this office and lied from the beginning to coerce me into making an offer and then when the property property couldn't be financed because of multiple issues, they stole my earnest money against the contractual agreements. The agents did nothing to assist was securing the property and there were multiple things along the way that show their collusion and taking advantage of me and my situation as well as stealing my earnest money. This office is a bunch of crooks and if you choose to deal with them do so at your own risk if you're a buyer find another real estate company to work with because they will take advantage of you any chance they can.

Hello Lindsay, I…read morewanted to let you know I was disappointed in the properties I saw while in Kingman. I understand that the price range I'm looking in is on the bottom and not to expect much. But! the first place I was shown was an absolute dump. The lot was good and the outbuilding okay, but the trailer was filthy and worthless, beyond a fixer upper. I know about this stuff I used to be a building contractor, and am doing a mobile renovation in WA now. The second place I saw was okay, and had been cleaned up, but was on a very stark lot with no outbuilding it had no appeal to me. And had evidence of water damage, serious roof leaks and window leaks. Not for me now. I don't think the agent showing the properties spent any time prior researching/looking at some properties that may be of interest to me. And I would take the first dump off the list, and not show it at least until it had been cleaned up. Not a very good first impression of Kingman.
