NBM is very slow to respond and lack basic communication -- they rarely reply to emails, never…read moreanswer the phone or reply to voicemail. If you visit them in person they will make excuses and tell you they're not around. The whole time I've felt as though I've been project managing them and going round in circles as they kept asking for paperwork I'd already sent them and make me feel as though they were missing things or making mistakes, which didn't fill me with confidence! As someone who was new to selling, I'd advise that they should be avoided at all costs!

I made the mistake of contacting them from this high average rating, whereas if you read a little further (read the "non recommended" reviews) you get a clearer picture. My experience with NBM has been terrible. Slow, unprofessional and in 4 months, neither the buyers solicitor, my agent OR I, have managed to get them on the phone to talk to them. They have crossed the line today by suggesting something they have done that has turned out to be untrue. They have delayed exchange by non communication, and we are a month beyond what we had hoped. I will not waste my time further by writing more, as I am getting advice from the Law Society about action I am able to take. I have today switched to another solicitor.

I rented my first Shoreditch flat through this relatively small but efficient and knowledgeable real estate agency and would definitely use Peach again. The staff have generally either lived in the area or do so at present and are particularly knowledgeable about Shoreditch's Victorian built Boundary Estate where many local residents rent one and two bed properties. All in all a charming little real estate agency that goes some way to dispelling the myth that all real estate agents are cowboys.

I was constantly promised they would send me a new contract every time so I went in store and refused to leave till I got a new one. The manager assured me it would be sorted so I left. Guess what nothing happened! I had 3 years like this. I even had an abusive call when I asked about having a dog. I was asking for their permission and was spoken down to like I was dirt. The worst part was when I said i was leaving due to their unwelcoming service that made me not want to be their anymore. I gave them a call and said I am leaving is there anything you need me to do and they said all they need to do is give a months notice I then said that i'm leaving now is that ok for notice?
