You cannot get a refund on your unused money. What a scam. You also cannot enter exact amounts. For example.if I had wanted to purchase $32.12 on the card I would have been forced to pay $40. When I needed help, I started asking around for an employee. Searched high and low. Turned out the woman standing four feet away from me the entire time I was actively, politely, asking if anyone worked here was the attendant on duty. Find ANY OTHER laundromat. After…read morewasting my time & coins with the broken machine on my initial visit, I figured the drop off service was the way to go. I had a king size comforter with 2 pillow shams and a queen size blanket. I dropped the items off at around 11 AM and they were ready for pickup by 4PM. The charge for all 4 items came to $20 (plus tip), which i felt made up for the couple of bucks I previously lost in the broken machine. Next time I need blankets & comforters washed, I will definitely use the drop off service. It is well worth it not to have the hassles of feeding coins into broken machines and having to wait sit around around for the whole time the machines are running. The lady providing the service was very friendly and easy to do business with. I am not sure if the service is cash only, but I had cash with me in case they don't take cards.

From the start, Charmaine seemed irritated. She offered no help, spoke rudely, and got aggressive when I asked a simple question about my receipt after paying with exact cash (since the card machine was down). Her attitude was unprovoked and inappropriate. She handwrote "needs to pay" on my receipt and highlighted it, which left me confused. When I asked for clarification, she snapped, yelled, and became hostile--in front of my child and her own, including one handling laundry behind the counter. She made disturbing comments about my clothes, and as I left, she yelled: "That's why you have to bring your stank a clothes in here to wash, you uppity bi***!"** This behavior--especially in front of children--was disturbing and unnecessary. When I reported it to the store manager (Brittany), she offered no apology. She claimed Charmaine called her during the incident but said the call dropped. That's false--I heard them on speakerphone. Charmaine even went outside yelling about me on the phone as I was leaving. I escalated to the district manager (Christie). She called after I contacted other stores, said she'd follow up--but didn't. When I called her back, she acted like she didn't know who I was and seemed annoyed I followed up. She simply suggested I go to another Suds location. When I picked up my clothes, Charmaine was still working, and no one acknowledged the issue. No apology. No accountability. This location clearly has high turnover, poor management, and zero customer service. It's also not in a safe or welcoming area--and now I understand why. If I could leave zero stars, I would. Avoid this location at all costs.
