All I had was 50 Cent left. They are scamming and taking your money by rigging the laundry and no one answers the phones. read more

Honestly disappointed with Subs Laundromat. The machines might wash your clothes, but the experience is terrible. No customer service at all, and the dryers barely work. I had a hard time even getting my clothes out of the machines. Definitely not coming back. read more

I have been going there on Saturday's/Sunday's and never had bad service or any problems until when I was there the week before last and there was an issue with the washer not working correctly, it left part of the clothes dry. I alerted the staff member and her response was "oh." she never bothered to come and look or offer any assistance. Also, the business was very slow at the time and only one customer had brought in laundry for the laundry service. She had mentioned earlier that - that was the first laundry service that was dropped off so far that day. I ended up having to put another $7+ dollars in to rewash the clothes after just moving them to another washer. I asked the staff member would they reimburse my wash card for that load or pay for it to be rewashed, she stated she would use card for them to be dried. I was a little upset about this. She never even attempted to come over to the washer area at all. I paid again to rewash the clothes. When it came time to dry, she never came over. She was outside smoking. I ended up paying the price of over $15 to wash the clothes and the addition funds of drying them. I was disappointed to see the way the place looked also on this day. The front set of washers had where a pillow or something had been destroyed all outside if the front washer area that was all over the floor for over an hour or longer while she talked or was outside smoking and still on floor when the other staff arrived. the garbage was nearly full in front and back. it was just not a good visit at all. I have not been back, and no one has reached out about reimbursing the money i had to pay. read more

This laundry facility is by far the best I have been to in Sarasota/Manattee Counties! The ladies who are running things here are both so nice and pleasant every time I come. Not to mention they keep everything clean from floor to machine and bathroom! I won't use any other laundry facility. I love the 24 hour availability. I cant think of a time I have seen a broken machine ( unlike other places I have been until I found this gem). It is always staffed with friendly attendants and it is always clean. At $5.25 - $6.00 a load, this place can run you up $30 easy on washing and drying your laundry. HOWEVER, the cost doesn't matter when your clothes are clean in UNDER AN HOUR!!! Their machines are efficient, clean, not-smelly, and the staff here is always working hard to keep their facilities at their cleanest. i do not think this place should stay open...should be shut down...they changed the system from quaters to card..& i went in to wash a load of clothes ..asked for change to get laundry soap out of dispenser . she said " we don't give change " walk next door and get it from the vape shop..which at that point i was astounded by this..but i did and came back put $1.00 in for laundry soap and nothing at all sold out!! at this point im exhausted and thirsty i went to get a powerade which cost was $1.50 they informed me it only takes dollar bills!! so i put $2.00 in and it wouldn't give me no change back !! i informed the person working and she said i don't think our manager refilled our quaters! she gave me the 50 cents back but it's just the point of the embarrassment of having to ask for the 50 cents! come on people do better!! read more

Pretty good laundromat. A bit expensive, our clothes are always cleaned. New facility so the washers and dryer are are top notch. Prices can vary by wash cycle, but for a small dry it is 2.75 and the largest is 8.75. To dry it is 2.25 for 30 minutes and for the last two visits that is all the time we needed. Will be coming back for sure. read more

This is my least favorite laundromat in town!! I don't come during normal business hours typically, but when I recently went to do my laundry, the place was trashed! Random clothes people didn't want were left on top of the washers, no laundry soap in the dispensers, the change machine didn't work and the sensors were down for Apple Pay/Credit Cards. I was literally driving all over town to get what I needed just to do a single small load of laundry. Also, after hours (since it is 24 hours but an attendant is only here during certain hours) it's not exactly a place that makes you feel comfortable. It used to be a great place, it used to have video games for the kids, snacks and drinks, now it's turned into just another laundromat, and just looks run down. read more

Suds is a laundromat, but this is not your grandma's laundromat. The laundromat your grandma would have went to was dull, dirty, poorly lit, broken machines, no attendant, boring, and always had some funky smell. No, this is definitely not that kind of place. For starters, there is always a friendly, helpful attendant there to assist you, in case you have questions or issues. The only issues I've ever seen, in my many visits, were mild ones like from those who weren't certain how to work a machine. All the washers at Suds are front loaders with all the detergents, bleach, and softener poured in from the top. They have small ones which start at $2 and large ones for, say, blankets and comforters starting at $4. Don't have change? No problem, there is a change machine on the wall, and not just for changing singles into quarters, but they also have a machine that changes a bill as high as $20 into smaller bills and singles so you never have to stop what you're doing and make a run across the street to the gas station and buy gum just to have change. Who hasn't ever had to do that? No need to be bored while you're there. They have a couple of arcade games, free wi-fi, and two flat screens which are not, I repeat, NOT playing news or sports! That's what Chili's is for, and if you read my review of that place, well... Oh, and they have a vending machine in case you want just a quick snack to tide you over. If that weren't enough, they've also got a car wash next door, so while you wash your clothes, you can wash your car all at the same time! Did I mention there is a gas station across the street (yes, I did), so after you wash your car, or before (not judging), you could also fuel up your car. Multi-tasking rules! Need to use the restroom? No need to run up to Wal-Mart, which is just up the street, by the way. Suds has a clean restroom, too. They also have plenty of carts for your clothes to move them from the washer to the dryer to the folding tables. I have to say Suds is my best laundromat experience. I really wish the other laundromats would transition into the 3rd millennium. read more

Suds is very clean and well-maintained. It is very well lit and doesn't have the typical laundromat creeper vibe. That being said, the prices are sky-high. We did a load in a mid-sized washing machine for over $8. The reasonably-priced machines are too small for a full (regular) load of clothes. Go to Parker's laundromat, which is about 0.5 mi down the road from Suds on the way to Wal-Mart. They don't have AC, it isn't the cleanest, loud children usually abound, and sometimes a machine is broken. The prices are much lower than Suds, and the sweet girls working at the convenience store next door will always fix any problem that is brought to their attention. They've refunded money, taken out trash, and submitted work orders. Go to Parker's--you'll thank yourself later. read more

This laundromat is the nicest one in town, in one of the newer shopping centers. It was very clean, the staff was friendly, and they offered free wi fi and flat screen Tvs. There is also a cute little arcade for the kids while you wait. read more

And I like the way the staff try to make people take care of there kids . I will only come here but it would be nicer if they hirer nicer people . The best laundromat I've quite possibly ever been to. Clean, air conditioned, and staffed with friendly employees. They have an arcade area if you or your kids get antsy, and a vending machine if you need a snack. Restrooms are always clean, and flat screen TVs are on to help stave off the boredom. During the Holidays the owners of this swimming place did a noble and outstanding thing! I have never in my life seen such kindness!
