He was communicating with our contractor when the order was being written up, not me. I would save yourself the headache and the time and go with a different vendor. For someone who has 30 years of experience his professionalism is dismal! Not to mention we have so much more windows and doors to replace. We will find a different vendor for all purchases moving forward. We asked for black windows with BRONZE trim and BRONZE exterior doors with white interior. He emailed me saying my window colors were different, not knowing that I am fully aware of the color chosen for the window.
