She really doesn't know how to talk to the people who live in her properties. To intimidate and dismiss tenents who need repairs in the homes she rents to them displays a serious lack of character. On more than 3 occassions that I know of myself, when presented with a problem in a home her first response is "why don't you just leave". Um....NOT ok Robin!! Borders on illegal in California.....Save yourself the aggravation and rent from someone else!!

She got me set up with applications and directed me to the nearest gas station (they don't accept cards and I don't carry checks). The manager (also helpful) got back to me and showed me a house. You have to sign a covid acknowledgment document and follow a bunch of rules (mask, sanitizer, couldn't touch anything) before you can enter the house. Got the call that I qualified RIGHT after I had received notice that I qualified for a home loan with a great rate. Haha They seemed to have more expensive rental homes and apartments but they're professional and nice so there is that! So glad I didn't sign a lease because now I'm buying a home yaaaay meeeeee lol

You shouldn't be talking to your employees like that in front of residents and everyone in their apartments can hear. I don't know what's wrong with him if he tries to make himself seem big and scary or what but it's very unprofessional. And the main manager, Norma, doesn't seem to care that he's doing this. Some complaints include that there is a large amount of dogs nearby (in the neighborhood) and they tend to bark at anything and everything. I can't say that about other places I lived at. The apartments are older, but I love the addition of the fireplace and the windows in the kitchen, bringing in all that natural light.
