I waited a month after purchase for pickup and was provided no status updates or communication. I had to convince a shop boy to give me the owners cellphone number to get service. The owner assisted me and handled the situation. Which is the only reason, that I did not cancel the sale. The owner was overall extremely helpful once he discovered the issue with his staff. I would not recommend the Sacramento location or their service location. I give one star because that is the least I can give.

Ranjeet responded quickly to our issue and let us know the date and time frame he would be able to come out. He was able to diagnose and refill our Freon in our unit within that time frame, which we immediately noticed a difference in the AC before we left. Our unit is almost 30 years old during the times Ranjeet came out, he did not try to push a new unit on us and was able to deliver great options within our budget. He also let us know what issues to look out for in the future or when it might be a good time to look into a new unit. But prior to Ranjeet, we've had companies not diagnose a thing and would just push a new unit quote on us. So it is refreshing to see someone who wants to take care of the customer with honesty and communication. Overall, Ranjeet is a top notch owner. He is very kind, honest and most importantly, seems genuine. He even remembered little details of our conversation from 3 years ago. So without any hesitation, we would 100% recommend RS Heating and Cooling for any of your heating/cooling needs!

Simply wonderful! As an RV'er, with a repair need this is the only one to consider. Mitchell is great! It is a mobile service and will come to you if you're in his area. He is based in Salinas. He came out to Carmel Valley to replace my busted water heater. He was just as nice and helpful in person as he was on the phone. Too lengthy to go into all the details, but he saved my vacation. He's very reasonable on what he charges, as well. Already asked him to come back and replace my skylight above my bathroom, since I'll be here for 2 more weeks. Excllent work at reasonable rates. I had Mitchell install two additional solar panels on the roof of my motorhome and move one of the panels that someone at Winnebago had put in the wrong location. Mitchell was very fast and had the work completed in a few hours. He is easy to talk to about what is needed and there is no push back as so often happens with mechanics.
