We just moved to this neighborhood and was looking for getting the booster shots so we called this pharmacy on Saturday afternoon to make an appointment, the girl on the phone said same day appointment was fully booked so I asked about appointment for the next day which was Sunday, keep in mind we just moved here and didn't know this pharmacy closed on Sundays, she DID NOT only inform us about the pharmacy wouldn't be opened on Sundays but also said they had 3 timeframes for getting the shots! We chose 2:30PM and when we got there, the doors couldn't be opened but all the lights were on. We ended up leaving with confusion because the girl DID make appointments for us on Sunday, we didn't just go there by ourselves for no reason! What a waste of time!

I was looking for sunglasses and the nice young guy from the back of the pharmacy came out to show me where they were. (I was coming from the ophthalmologist and everything looked blurry because of some eyedrops my poor eyes got.) In other places the employee points this way or that way and says "there". He knows where "there" is but the customer does not. The cashier is the nicest of all cashiers in all pharmacies. She was not a robot. She cannot work at the famous big pharmacies where I think the main requirement for employment is "do not be nice to the customers". She made me laugh when I asked for a receipt and she said (she talks !!!) when she asked if the customer wanted a receipt, the customer would say no, that being the reason she did not ask me (a cashier that talks to a customer!!!). I got my receipt while we both laughed - laughed !!! I told her everything was blurry for me at that time and I could not see the sunglasses or the price. There she was - ready to help. H-e-l-p. Then I asked her about the B4 bus to Sheepshead Bay. There she was helping me again. Thank you so much. I got the right bus because she told me to ask the driver. When I persisted, he checked with Natasha, which I assumed was the manager, and she also refused--unbelievable! I am a pharmacist myself, and every pharmacy I know gives it out for free. I still bought the Tylenol anyway, but I wasn't able to give it to my daughter until a few hours later after we got home. The cost of an oral syringe is dirt cheap, these people have no compassion and should not open a pharmacy.
