I highly despise the Ozone Park's location business name "On Point" and their logo is stupid. The staff is very welcoming and assisting in this Howard Beach location. This location sits on Cross Bay Boulevard, a major boulevard in Queens and very accessible via MTA NYC Transit buses Q52 SBS, Q53 SBS, Q22, Q35 and how I miss the now discontinued Q21 bus. I bought my fifth sunglasses as all others broke. Every summer my sunglasses break as I throw them in my bag when indoors, but I need eye protection from summer's blazing sun. The staff kindly with careful attention removed the tag on the sunglasses as I immediately wore it upon exiting. This Howard Beach location is significantly larger than the Ozone Park.

They explain everything to you. Very knowledgeable. They are also very, very nice and have a sense of humor. I enjoy coming here each time when I have to pick up meds for work. Other pharmacies please take note on how to provide quality service (*coughs*, Walgreens and DR).

I would never want to use another pharmacy they treat me like family I live in Staten Island & they deliver to me always wonderful delivery people. they always keep track of when I have doctor appointment's and I promptly get my delivery's. the owner Mr. G is always so very polite and Phillip the pharmacist is absolutely the best the staff always goes out of the way to be pleasant. I hope they never close because I would be heartbroken There are many other pharmacies but to me none could compare they are friendly and caring plus very important I always get my proper medication which is very important. She then passive aggressively talked about me being on the phone to another customer. I get how my being on the phone could be annoying, but talking badly about customers right in front of them is worse. She doesn't know the circumstances of her customers or their needs and just made assumptions. I was fuming, but I apologized on my part and she accepted it with a smirk. I will support another local pharmacy because I don't need to be berated by the staff, especially when I am feeling sick and crappy.
