The…read moreday I signed up and paid was handled by Melissa and she was quite friendly, other than this day it was all majorly downhill from there. I was harassed incessantly by phone calls and emails onyl two weeks after paying for my first month to pay for another full month's rent from Inderjit, however I only needed the storage unit for that one first month. I continued to receive invoices even after public storage called ME to confirm my move out. Unfortunately, left two items in my unit that I had tucked away from view beside the wall at the door. When I called two days after vacating, I was told that any items left in the unit would have been thrown in the garbage as per their strict rules. Why would anyone be so wasteful and disrespectful ? Inexcusable ! The staff did not follow up on emails from me and even lied about requests that I had made. Don't let them fool you, the only day they will be courteous to you is the first day they sign you up and take your money ! I have never seen such a dishonest, unorganized, terrible storage facility in all of Canada. I do not recommend Public Storage !!
