I've been bringing my vehicles here for almost 2 months at this point. I rent vehicles on Turo so there's times when my cars are getting rented twice weekly so the same cars will get washed multiple times in a week span. Yesterday I brought my Tesla in to get washed and the employees there wiped so hard on the lettering that they bent the decal off along with one of the letters. You can see the fibers from the cleaning mitts they used stuck under the lettering. The lead staff informed me and we both took pictures of the affected area. I suggested that I would just order the replacement letters from Amazon and just be refunded next time in at the shop. The lead staff told me that she would have the boss contact me. Moving forward, the boss calls me and instantly begins absolving the shop of any responsibility, saying first, "Oh the shop that wrapped your car did a faulty job so take it back to them." Then after I explained to her that they've washed this same car several times and this NEVER happened, she said, "Oh it's the sun that caused this to happen." As a business owner myself I pride myself on making things right versus absolving myself of any liability. The replacement lettering was $39 on Amazon, less than the price I pay for a wash, but instead of making it right they wanted to make excuses and sidestep the issue. Needless to say, they've lost out on a customer that spends over $500 monthly on car wash services for multiple cars. If you have a higher end vehicle or any vehicle that is wrapped don't go to this place. If anything happens they'll make an excuse to avoid paying anything out. read more

Today's price was pretty darned high though - and it was SUBPAR. - lint everywhere interior and exterior - seats (which I paid extra to have cleaned) are not totally cleaned - door handles & trim finger marked - dirt above & next to seatbelt mechanism not touched at all read more

Took my wife's Jeep Grand Cherokee (midsized SUV) but paid $40 for a full sized SUV. When told the Jeep was ready, I did a walk around and saw numerous spots that I point out to the gentleman and he took a wet rag over. (Did not completely clean those spots.) $40 for a hand wash and not be clean in easy accessible places isn't worth the money. This place used to be worth the value, but the woman working the desk changed a few months back, not sure if ownership changed or they changed managers. Not sure I will be returning. Also, this was at 12:30 on a Friday and there were only 2 other cars in their bay. (Weather had forecasted rain.) not like they were swamped and in a rush. read more

Just has to be one of the best places to get a hand car wash. The line is long and the time it takes to get your car washed It's longer than normal. But it's well worth it. I've been coming here for over a year and never been disappointed; even when my grill was full of bugs. read more

We have brought my husbands GT500 here a few times now (typically on Tuesday's so it's not too busy) and for $30 (Varies on the vehicle/size and service) they always do a great job! We keep it pretty well cleaned/maintained so there typically isn't too much elbow grease that needs to go into it but they do really well at having it look shiny and new inside and out every single time. read more

Ok pricing but slow, maybe I came at a busy time. Car wash was mediocre but I am quite particular.

Bad service and even worst customer service. After leaving and realizing my car was still dirty, I called to inform them about the many places the car was still dirty on the outside. The lady who spoke with me told me right away " I didn't charge for the fur in the back of the car "... what? I wasn't even talking about that I'm talking about the outside of the vehicle that's clearly not clean. She proceeded to tell me to bring the car back with a bad attitude. I just said thanks and hung up. I don't have time to go back on the same day and don't have time to deal with people that can't even recognize they did a bad job and bring things up like no extra charge for fur in the back. I never asked for anything free, if you want to charge extra do it then I'll pay, but atleast leave my car clean... it is a "car wash" at the end of the day. This place used to be good but don't waste your time. The owners clearly don't care about the service they give. What a shame. read more

Pros: I've been coming here for years and years! I've been to car washes all over the country and this one is the very best. Case in point, last night a bottle of champagne burst in the car. Covering every surface with it's wet sticky residue. I explained the situation, and they got it all cleaned. The car no longer smells like the inside of a bar. They did it all for the usual price! Amazing service and attention to detail. I've had cars waxed and buffed here and they do a phenomenal job. Cons: Their hours aren't convenient for my work schedule. Wish I could come more often, but at least they're open weekends. read more

This place in a nutshell.. Don't go if... You don't have 30+ minutes to spare. You get offended easily by lack of friendliness. Your expecting the best, perfect, spotless wash ever. -------------------------------------------------------- My experience: This place did a darn good job on my car considering it's ONLY $25 inside & out. That's pennies to some places for detail work, just sayin ;) So, I waited about an hour in line just to get in the wash shed, then about 20 minutes or so for them to finish up my car, but it was a beautiful sunny day, so I expected to wait a while. I'm American, therefore I speak English. If you need to tell the car washer something about your car don't waste your time if you don't know to speak Spanish lol The lady at the front desk wasn't very friendly but whatevs, just pay her and leave, done deal. read more

My car had all KINDS of bug guts on the front bumper & piled up dirt on the back bumper with a thick layer of dirt on the sides of my car. All of that due to a drive from California to Texas. I paid 15.00 to get the exterior only done (cuz I still had my belongings I haven't unloaded from my car yet cuz I got into town at 10:30pm last night). These people told me that I didn't need to worry about my stuff inside, it wouldn't be touched/stolen & they were right!! They were SUPER friendly, paid MUCHO attention to details & did a once over to make sure they didn't miss any spots. I like that OCD-esque behavior about them because you KNOW that once you get ur car back, ur gonna look it over too! Lol The guy handed me my keys & opened the door for me & I was leaving a HAPPY CUSTOMER that will return to get the inside cleaned once I unload it. LOL read more

Best car wash in town!!!! I like hand wash better than those drive-thrus that tend to scratch the paint in swirls. I have a black tahoe, so everything shows and it's huge so pain to self-wash in especially in the heat. This place is covered!!! They always do a good job, scrub where needed (bugs and gunk). They hand dry - so no water streaks. They vacuum. All for $35!!!! You can't beat that! I like to go Tues/Wed before 11 and I'm in and out in 30min! Sometimes the line is long, but they're pretty efficient cuz they have a ton of workers that stay busy (no standing around!!!) The waiting area is small, and there's not a lot of organization to paying, etc. They come in and yell "color, model" when you cars ready. They have one restroom in side. No wi-fi -so bring something to do. Easy to get to, great job! I've been there twice - once for wash only, once for wax/buff & wash ($70). read more

This is my go to car wash, when i need a good quick clean. It's very close to my home and convenient. Late though their quick service is making their job slack. I've had very noticeable dirty or stains on my dash or mirror and they have not been good at cleaning them off and I don't notice until I am driving and the sun hits it. So this make me reconsider going back, even though I am sure i'll be back just because of the convenience. read more

I'm really sad to post this but these guys cracked my sun roof and now claiming they didn't do it and I have faulty glass. :( I've refused to move my vehicle she said she would call the police... I've brought my car here a few times before, but this is the first time I've been disappointed. The lady that rings you up is lovely and warm as always, however, I'm less than satisfied with the "cleanliness" of the interior of my car. I should've checked before I left the premises, but from previous times I've brought my car here, I didn't think I had a reason to worry. I understand that I didn't opt to have my car detailed or anything, but I think that the inside could've been better cleaned. So, I was recommended to come to this place by the window tinting place across the street, I was told that this place is reliable and it's fair. I went there and my car is in pretty bad conditions, meaning I have a lot of cleaning to do in this vehicle because I haven't cleaned it in a year and I was told that it would get cleaned very well, and that it would be looking nice and vacuumed really well inside. But when I came to pick up my car which is not a brand new car it's a 2013 eclipse Mitsubishi eclipse I was told that it was going to be cleaned very well. But it was not cleaned very well at all there were still Cheetos in the car some medication that I had accidentally dropped under the seats we're also still under the seats in other words the car was not vacuumed well I did go and ask the person inside to come and take a look at it because I was not satisfied with the outcome. A man did come outside to vacuum it again and I came back to the car and the car is still dirty, and I was told that the reason they won't vacuum it more is because they were afraid to tear the carpet. I realize my car is not a brand new BMW or Mercedes-Benz and I have not cleaned it in a year, I do realize that but the work that was done for $60 should have been better than this. I could have gone and done this myself but I didn't want to and that's the reason I went to get my car detailed. I would not go back to this business because the people that I let known that I was not satisfied did not seem happy about my complaint and I just didn't feel like bothering them anymore they seem very bothered. Anyhow, I do not recommend going to this place if your car has not been cleaned in a long time and needs a cleaning a good cleaning done I would not recommend this place to anyone and I will not be going back to that place ever again simply because I was promised that the car would look nice inside and would be vacuumed correctly and it is not and I'm just very dissatisfied and I'm pleased with the service and the attendance of the workmanship of this place. read more

NEVER GO HERE!!!!!!! I took my Volvo in on Saturday afternoon for a wash and detail after this place had been highly recommended to me by about four friends... I left missing a headlight cover and a crappy interior cleaning job. The outside wash was fine. Inside had several OBVIOUS missed spots and my car was pretty clean to start with. When I asked what happened to my headlight lens the guy said 'Uhmmmmm you tell me." I replied "Excuse me? When I came here it was intact and now it's gone..." He called a manager over who said "I think it was like that." You think!?!?! After 10 min of arguing I left and plan to deal with this on Monday when they open. STAY AWAY and look at the quality of their "Work" I posted with my pictures. Ridiculous. Accidents happen, I would have been very understanding had they just told me what happened and offered to replace the part. Horrible business ethics. read more

My poor car hasn't been cleaned in months. Came here at around 9am on a Monday morning. Pulled up to the shed where they wash your car and they immediately got to work after I handed my keys to them. I was watching from the office where you pay inside. They were thorough in my car inside and out. It was worth the $25 for a basic wash. I was in and out within 30 minutes. read more

Great for the price. I brought in my new 2014 Cadillac CTS. It took them about 20 mins. The owner/manager lady was a bit on edge when I went out to inspect the car before coming back in to pay. If there's any scratches I want them to know immediately. Pointed out a few areas that needed attention on the outside - mostly bugs on the front of the vehicle. The guy giving the finishing touches was more than happy to oblige. I went in and paid while the guy went over it again. I put a tip in the jar and went out to my car. There was still a couple of little spots and bugs but I let it go (I'm totally OCD) and tipped the guy. It was a pretty good job but I guess I was more relieved that they didn't scratch my new baby. For a perfect 5/5 some additional products may be necessary, as well as extra time and elbow grease. I suspect this business is unable to provide these because of their fantastic prices. read more

Been coming here for years and the quality was always good, not great. Unfortunately, there aren't many local options for a hand carwash. Over the past year the quality seems to have gotten worse and lately the experiences have just been bad. Most recent visit they completely missed cleaning the entire back area of my SUV, even after I'd specifically asked them to make sure they got it, because they often either don't do a good job on or completely miss the back on our SUVs; they missed several other areas of the vehicle this time, too. It's a pretty basic expectation the you clean the whole vehicle when you're charging these prices, especially when you're charging more for SUVs. Time before this they put my floor mats in another car that had already left. Luckily, that person returned later with my mats, but I had to make a separate trip to retrieve them. The quality has become too inconsistent. They offered to wash it again to make it right, but I don't want to have to make several trips for every one wash to have them correct mistakes and redo what should be basic the first time. Also, just offering to wash it again was the least they could do since they charged full price but only washed half the vehicle the first time. Looks like we'll have to find someplace else to take our vehicles. read more

Gave them 2 chances and have been extremely disappointed both times. During my first time trying them out on Saturday evening, I arrived home and noticed that there were water sports all over the front and rear end of the car. The back seat area wasn't even vacuumed! I called and left them a voicemail about my concerns. On Monday I received a callback with a voicemail telling me to Come back in and they will wash my car for free. Today I took my car for a wash (they only offered to rewash the exterior) and when I arrived home I noticed the exact same mistakes that they were suppose to take care of. The front bumper is not washed property, the front hood had water marks, the rear end is still dirty with water bubbles (pics attached). It's obvious that they use a very dirty cloth when they dry your car. The front windshield has residue from the crappy drying cloth. What a waste of $25 for missed sports/stains and water bubbled all over. read more

My car hasn't been properly cleaned for months, and we've been through many states touring and it was filthy inside with dust and grit picked up from our shoes. They didn't get every nook and cranny, but as they say, no one cleans as well as you clean yourself, and with a bad back I'm happy it's 90% cleaner than it was an hour ago! Came in to get a partial detail because I had vomit in my car. They charged me for cleaning my seats and carpet for just the first row but did not bother to clean my doors or console even though they saw it was dirty instead they just wiped it down with a dirty rag. The "detailing" done was hardly a carpet clean. They used old or worn out rags on the outside of my car which has left scratches everywhere. When I went back the following day to get them to clean my doors I had to pay extra because "it was not on our list of services we charged you" so keep in mind they will charge to you clean every surface so if you want your seats cleaned that's all they'll do, nothing more. Even after having them reclean the interior it looked as if it was wiped with just a rag, no cleaning equipment nothing. None of the crevices were cleaned and the doors looked just like I brought them in. The only thing on my car that looked cleaned were my tires and rims. I specifically told them I needed the interior cleaned throughly as this is a biohazard, they got the stain out but just wiped the rest of the interior down once and charged me for extra services I don't even see done. The up and down motions are from hand washing scratches. I spent way too much money for a half ass half detail, could have just spent $100 and gotten a full actual detail. read more
