The counter area is smaller. In there they have counter top with different forms. Also they have the shipping items like tape, envelopes and boxes for purchase. There was one person working at the store. He had some sort of argument going on with a customer who gave him a $100 bill. He was annoyed that she tool all the change the PO had, loool!!!! He kept arguing with the lady while taking care of next set of customers including handling our letter. But the letter was pretty cheap to mail, we used an international stamp that was good enough.

After you fill out the required information on the Amazon App, you will receive a return QR code and you can bring back the item in its original box. Packaging material and printed postage labels are not needed. This feature makes it easy to return items. The only slight disadvantage is navigating to the Online Return line. The front end has multiple lines and I wasn't sure which line to choose because the Amazon Returns Drop-Off signs were on the floor; I didn't notice this until after the fact. I would recommend re-locating the Amazon signs somewhere that is eye level.
