To be fair, the staff is very nice and the prices are consistently the lowest in the area. But you absolutely get what you pay for. First, the pumps are configured to prevent you from entering your phone number to enter Exxon Mobil rewards--they clearly don't want you saving even more money. Make sure to sign up online for the actual card; neither your phone number nor the app works here. Second, they are constantly out of gas. Whether it's a supply issue or high demand, it's a coin flip whether the pumps will actually work. Finally, the hours are a total mystery. They might be open until 10 PM, or they might be locked up tight at 6 PM for no apparent reason. If you're running low on gas, enjoy playing Russian roulette. If you have a few gallons left in the tank, time to waste, and don't care about points, give it a shot. Otherwise, the few cents you save isn't worth the headache of wondering if they even have gas or if they're even open.

I have called numerous times and explained that they have frozen ALL my money and all they say is "sorry, you won't have it back for 5-7 days"! THIS IS THEIR FAULT! A district manager told me that they changed their policy and now put holds on CC too...HOWEVER THEY NEVER INFORMED THE CUSTOMER! There is no sign or anything reporting this change. I would not go to another CUMBERLAND Farms EVER! From 8:30 a.m. continuing throughout this day I have been on the phone with customer service and then a manager and then a supervisor. They are all sorry but NOT ONE PERSON knows how to get my money back. I live paycheck to paycheck so this error is giving me so a much anxiety. I can't pay bills, eat or even get to work because I have no money. They took everything but a penny!

The employees working the drive through will go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure everything is fresh and just as you want it. One could get an entire lunch for less than $5. How can you beat a drive thru Cumbys?!
