I have called numerous times and explained that they have frozen ALL my money and all they say is "sorry, you won't have it back for 5-7 days"! THIS IS THEIR FAULT! A district manager told me that they changed their policy and now put holds on CC too...HOWEVER THEY NEVER INFORMED THE CUSTOMER! There is no sign or anything reporting this change. I would not go to another CUMBERLAND Farms EVER! From 8:30 a.m. continuing throughout this day I have been on the phone with customer service and then a manager and then a supervisor. They are all sorry but NOT ONE PERSON knows how to get my money back. I live paycheck to paycheck so this error is giving me so a much anxiety. I can't pay bills, eat or even get to work because I have no money. They took everything but a penny!

This is the best convenience store on the planet. The food is delicious, the employees are…read morepleasant, the service is amazing. The employees working the drive through will go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure everything is fresh and just as you want it. One could get an entire lunch for less than $5. How can you beat a drive thru Cumbys?!
