I gave Kate my list of services needed and she quoted me $475 for 7.5 hours. Now here is the problem the cleaner they sent Chole who cleaned very well and had a wonderful attitude and personality, she is the only reason they are getting one star. The problem was Chloe is new to the company and had never done a deep clean on the kitchen only and it took her much longer then anticipated. Now here is the kicker being by herself she only had a 1.5 hours to clean 4 areas upstairs. At 1p.m I attempted to let them know of my concerns I spoke to Lesyle who was a joke kept saying she was checking with Kate never heard from Kate although I was a new client and she knew I was having surgery and needed to have those areas cleaned. The bottom line is Kate comes off all nice and helpful to there is a problem then she is ghost and all you have is Leslye who has no common sense or business savvy just a buffer for Kate and not even good at that. I got a call saying Chole would be leaving at 4 which was about 20 minutes before and that I could buy more hours not taking ownership that what was happening, that learning training curb was not my fault. They are unethical and I think the whole situation was just about me paying for their error by purchasing more hours not that it took way to long downstairs for c Chole to be new, by herself and had never done this service before. They have a good rating cute ad but their customer service, compliance, and problem solving skills are horrible. There are better cleaning companies out there they are a joke!!!

And I say "similar" services because I only had them clean 3 bathrooms, one bedroom and the common areas - my regular company does all that plus two additional rooms for half the price. Everything they cleaned was well done but there were three people here to provide the cleaning, and it was still took a few hours.
