He mentioned that he wanted to talk about the recruiting process and I was skeptical but attended his seminar. I was blown away by his knowledge in not only the recruiting process but specifically the Volleyball recruiting process. He made it very clear that not every player gets selected to become an NSR athlete and that after thoroughly evaluating every player, his team will select the ones with talent and potential to dramatically increase their chances of being recruited as a collegiate athlete. After the in-person seminar, he personally evaluated our daughter and provided us with real feedback. He let us know she was an athlete he wanted to move forward in the process. We talked more with him and set up a zoom call where he took our daughter through a very thorough coach interview to determine if she was recruitable in all aspects. Coach Cagle chose to offer our daughter and began to talk about the specifics of the NSR tools. Within 15 minutes, we were convinced that Coach Robert Cagle/NSR and our daughter were a perfect fit. Robert walked us through using the NSR tools and his being personally involved in her process. Within days, we received a plethora of recruiting material and resources and as always, Coach Cagle made himself available day or night via text, calls, and/or zoom. Our daughter was mentored every step of the way and she took advantage of every tool available to her and his knowledge and many years of college recruiting experience. The combination of tools and personal expertise was a GAMECHANGER!! Needless to say, on June 15th of her Junior year, she was contacted by 80+ Division I Schools with not only interest but full-ride offers. A HUGE shoutout to Robert and the NSR team!
