Drrama was the only place we kept coming back to each night. The interior is a bit industrial rustic hip. The DJ spun pop heavy flavors, and the were many good looking 20 to 40-something year old guys. It's not an afterwork bar, but on weekends is packed to the rafters after 9 pm. Luckily my fav and cute cocktail waiter got our drinks faster than if we had pushed our way to the bar counter. He even gave us a "reserved" table the next night. Drinks are reasonably priced and cheap compared to US. No Drrama and loads of fun and eye candy!

What really stood out is that this place was completely empty, while the two bars directly across the street were packed. After this experience, I understand why. As someone who speaks the language, I knew exactly what I was being charged. I still paid because, honestly, I felt uncomfortable and a bit bad -- small bar, no customers, struggling vibe. But that feeling of pity shouldn't be what gets customers in the door. Targeting foreigners or relying on unclear pricing might bring in quick money, but it hurts your business long-term. Travelers talk. Reviews add up. And eventually people stop walking in -- which seems to already be happening. If you come here, ask for prices before ordering. Better yet, take a few steps to one of the nearby bars where prices are clear, fair, and the atmosphere speaks for itself.

When you order from the bar, it's open bar style but everything gets charged to your locker number. The Guys were really nice, and very nicely sculpted. Some of them said the best time to come is Thursday nights, but we were there very early on a Sunday morning and it was also pretty busy. The next time I'm in town, I'd love to give it another try.

It was a bit of a turn off, and so I left the line and ended up at Blow instead. I do hope that there can be a better structure or formalities on how people who may have access to getting in without waiting versus those of us who waited in line. It's a shame because this is the one bar I really wanted to visit since it caters to my community. I will try again the next time I am in town.

I've traveled to more than 20 countries and have visited Mexico many times, and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a gay bar in Mexico. This is one of those establishments where you wish that Yelp allowed you to give Z-E-R-O stars. Overrated and filled with nothing but fuchi faced Neanderthal cro-magnon looking people. Maybe I'm just accustomed to the gay night life of San Francisco and West Hollywood, but this place does not rank anywhere near what I am used to. It's very sad that the crowd and staff here are so low class and flat out disrespectful and rude. They don't welcome tourists even though we more than likely make 100 times more money than their regular clientele. I'm not saying money talks but if you actually want to run a successful business, I would suggest you tap into that tourist cash rather than the local crowd that saves up their daily lunch money in an effort to buy a cruddy bucket of beer. Tourists stay away. You're better off hanging out at your hotel bar where you get treated the way you deserve. You lost a ton of cash tonight from us, Kinky. Then again I'm sure next time we are in town you'll have a new name because you'll fail once again just like you did when you were Lips. read more

Que bueno que haya este tipo de lugares para la comunidad gay de México porque los demás son muy pequeños y feos en la decoración . Los precios están bastante bien. Presentan gogos que no he visto en otros lugares y la verdad están bastante bien . Cuando vienen mis amigos de provincia o extranjeros siempre se los recomiendo y sé que voy a quedar bien con mi consejo. Es de los pocos lugares gays donde me siento seguro. Se ve que lo cuidan mucho y siempre lo tienen muy limpio y los baños igual. Confieso que antes iba a Envy pero ya es siempre lo mismo y Kinky tiene gente fresa también pero esta más variado y nos ves las mismas caras de siempre como en Envy, que por cierto como que ya pasó de moda hace rato. I was told on Thursday they have girls night .... There were everything but girls night lol full of straight creepy man, waiters were moving us around saying a table is reserved like I went inside for free or was not getting a drinks or something. PLEASE do NOT order any cocktails, "funny business " is going on with drinks so.... Order something what they can open in front of you. This supposed to be gay fun bar but .... Nothing even close. Hay 2 baños para mujeres (en otros lugares gays el baño para mujeres generalmente están chicos y feos) . Muy limpios y te atiende una señora muy amable .
