They failed to do even the bare minimum. When I filed a complaint, they could not produce records showing they had requested even a driver's license to verify identity. Their response was that this "wasn't their responsibility." As a result, I ended up with a tenant who used a fake identity to lease my home. Because of their negligence, I can't even file a police report with Fort Worth PD. The Chicotskys refused to take responsibility and believe they "served our needs" while leaving me in a terrible situation. Do not hire them. Do not spend your money. You are not in good hands. If you're looking for a real estate firm in Fort Worth that actually protects your interests, choose League Real Estate. They provide full applicant screening--including background, identity, income, and rental history verification--through a third-party firm. With the current market conditions, Chris stuck with me for over 50 house tours and multiple offers. I was an FHA buyer in a tough market losing out to multiple conventional offers, which have more benefits to the seller. Chris leaned into his preferred lender who came up with the idea to send a video with one of my offers that led to an accepted offer... and a quicker close than the other lender options could handle. House buying is stressful. Things go wrong. It's all about how crappy situations are handled. An hour after closing, my AC went out. Chris had the resolve to put solutions to situations that were above and beyond the typical scope of work for a typical Realtor.
