Danielle worked with us on a daily basis as we navigated through a contingent offer, a 10-day exclusive period, an inspection and required repairs, and ultimately through the final terms and conditions. Danielle and her team provided us with exceptionally great independent contractors to do home repairs, repaint the entire interior of the home and to replace carpet. All of their "referred" contractors provided very fair prices and were extraordinarily responsive to our rushed timeline to clear all inspection items. Rhodes Team and Marisa Kahley are the absolute BEST!!! We were contacted by Marisa after an inquiry to a home selling site which Rhodes Team partners with. We were fortunate to have Jett as our agent. His honesty, communications style, attentiveness & availability were keys to our success in finding our home. We met by chance at an open house & I noticed how well he was hosting his open house, compared to others agents at the open houses we'd been to.
