His honesty saved me hundreds of dollars of repair. He also fixed a leak in my basement ceiling where I had made a temporary repair over Christmas when the family was here. Dease Plumbing was recommended to help with a water hammer problem we were having in our home. I…read morecalled and spoke with the scheduler and she was very pleasant and asked the right questions and made the appointment. Mr Dease showed up on time and was very friendly and professional. His helper was also great and he was a true asset to Mr Dease throughout the job. He took a look at the issue and gave a very reasonable price, which we accepted. He was done in just about an hour. He did a great job. The problem was solved as he had to install a new main valve and reduce the water pressure as it was far too high and was the source of the water hammer. He did such a great job, we wanted him to repair a shower valve and he did that today and another perfect job. We are so glad we chose Mr Dease and will recommend him to anyone.
