The females who answer the phone really bring down the business and the good names of the Doctors that are in this place. So I thought. Oh no, I was sadly mistaken. The Dr. is worse than the females answering the phone. No wonder their attitude is so miserable. I was talked down to, put on hold and left on hold numerous times and then hung up on too many times to count, this is since September of 2013. I work in a Law Office and had requested medical documents for a case involving our client/their patient. I received the Dr. notes (chicken scratch) with no typed narrative. Once I finally got the good Dr. Kinsell on the line (7 months LATER) to go over a chart that was sent over she blew my mind!! I was told I had a problem because I could not read her writing. She said I needed to take some initiative and figure it out on my own instead of calling her to recite her notes or ask her to type them up. I was told "I'm a yankee I just deal with things, why can't you". (In Southern standards I'm a yankee as well but I didn't let her know that). All in all she never gave us the help we requested. What really bothers me is not that these people go out of their way to be rude, it's the fact that they are individuals in a community that is supposed to be helping and aiding the people. Clearly their intent is of the opposite nature. I was given NO option for ZERO star rating so I was forced to enter 1 star just so I can post this review.

I started taking them, and within two days, my fever was gone and most of my symptoms resolved. I did not have to be hospitalized. During the first visit ($150 cash non-insured) he really spends a lot of time with you, usually 45+ minutes, going over past history, current problems etc. He is big on ordering whatever is needed such as blood tests and x-rays. If you don't have insurance he will help work out. They are really great about calling in re-fills without having to make a visit and the cost per (non-insured) visit is about $80 as of this writing. They do require that you transfer your records to them before they will see you. Their office is very modern and all records kept electronically. They can also do blood work and other services on the spot saving the hassle of going to the hospital. Another great thing is that at Panhandle Family Medicine if he happens to go on vacation there are other very well qualified doctors available.
