The big difference - Hilton Head Decks and Tiki Huts will pull permits every step on the way - all done to code; they used a backhoe to dig out the dirt and prep the ground; marine grade wood for framing; meticulous construction, no cutting corners, finest materials (nothing from Home Depot for example). I had a change order and delayed the project, no problem. I think the new deck will outlast my house! Johan is the friendly owner, and he gets his hands dirty, crew is hard-working and polite.
