Tressy is very accommodating and goes well beyond what you would expect from most services of this kind. She's always been flexible with our schedule, and if we've needed an extra cleaning here and there she's always found a way to work us in. She always follows up with us, and any concerns I've ever had (and let me say there have been very few if any) were always addressed and never have I had the same twice. I'm a worrier and a perfectionist by nature, and this being my first home purchase turned those tendencies up to 11. I'm sure they wished at times that I'd just let them alone so they could get the job done, but all of my questions and concerns were met with open, honest, and kind spirited responses.
