My technician Kelsea was super imformative and explained everything about the procedure before hand. The procedure itself was really fast and not very painful. Also the inside of this place is decorated so cool, lots of antiques everywhere. When you're done they give you a care bag with everything you'll need to take care of your recently lasered tattoo. My friend and I had an appointment booked for a Tuesday that happened to be 2 days after the…read moreblizzard. We called and messaged the shop multiple times trying to see if they were open, no response. We were worried about losing our deposit money, as they were not very friendly the first time we were there, so we drove almost an hour there at our schedule appointment time. They're closed. We did not receive a call the day after, or the day after that. No one reached out to reschedule our appointments, or to apologize about not informing us the shop would be closed. When we finally got in contact with them, they told us they might not to refund our deposits to us. It took over a week of back and forth calls to finally get our money back. Only leaving two stars because the tattoos from the first time look fine. Other than that I will not be returning due to the unprofessional service and rude attitude from our tattoo artist.

I should've got up and walked away when I realized the lack of sterile procedure and preparation. He had to re pierce my nostril 3 times cause he didn't use the right gauge/jewelry. When he pierced my eyebrow he left me sitting there with the big a** needle hanging from my eyebrow because he didn't have the jewelry ready in his hand. 0/10 recommend.

I emails several months ago about a service and a prescription refill NO answer ... ok, I got busy too. Decided to call several weeks ago spoke to LISA, told he I was looking for a refill and asked about services, told her I wanted to wait several weeks for the fill. She took my reviewed my pharmacy info. I thought ok, I'll wait . Nothing for several weeks ... so called again, asking about the refill and asking them to return my call whether or not they would refill before appt. A week or so later NOTHING! Not even a courtesy callback. I am sure I have spent at least 20k, between surgery, services and products and I am not afforded a simple call back! I will find another doctor!
