Extremely unprofessional I was told I need cheek fillers and that's why I look so bad. my eyelids didn't do this naturally. This is your mistake. You killed the muscle and caused my eyelids to sag . I was never offered a refund. I had to cancel my first vacation in 11 yrs bc it looks so bad. Furthermore, I asked for my medical records, signed the release, emailed and called and they refuse to release them to me. This was may 16th 2023 that i requested them. It is now June 9th and i have not received them. So I can't even get another Doctor to look at this and see what was done. For 5 years they were great ,but this is unacceptable. I still look half asleep and 5 yrs older than I did. No apologies, no compensation, and my next step is to seek legal advice.

While I only get standard manicures (regular polish, gel, dip…read morepowder) and pedicures, I am very picky about my nails and this is the only place where I leave completely satisfied. I don't get designs or special services, but my nails come out exactly the way I want them to and the service lasts for weeks. They have tons of colors, are extremely friendly, and do a fantastic job every time. There are plenty of techs and people to translate if there's a language barrier and you have a specific request, but if you come often enough and get the same tech, they have great memory and often remember your preferences. Making an appointment is definitely recommended, especially in the summer. I've also gotten waxing here and have also been happy with this. I've gotten my eyebrows, upper lip, and underarms done and the waxing is always done with care. Not all techs are trained to do this though, so if you don't make an appointment in advance, you might have to wait a little bit for a tech to become available. The salon itself is very clean; I've seen them thoroughly sweep their floors at night and disinfect their tools and footbaths in between customers. I've been coming here for almost 10 years and I live on the north shore now, so it's not as easy to get to, but I've yet to find another nail salon that's comparable to this one. Many get close and I'm happy enough with the service but never as satisfied as when I come to this specific salon.

I see these reviews on the internet about their store not providing good service. I don't understand why some people are so nasty. If you go and get your nails done here and don't like it, don't leave the store. They can't control what happens when you leave the store. But if you don't like your nails or need it fixed before walking out, tell them. They 100% of the time will make it right if it is an instant fix. If you walk out of the store angry or upset and don't like what you were given, that's on you. Also, you chose the color - not them. Lida and Navy try their best to make it right so please be kind. Tips: 1) always call ahead so the girls can pencil you into their schedule. Walk ins are available but there is usually some kind of wait. 2) show up to your appointment 10-15 min early to pick your colors 3) they take cash and card but the card machine has a transaction fee on your card. They also take venmo.

After the one week , I have a gap on the left eye (very minor) but quite noticeable. So I called The salon in order to fill in the few missing hairs. I arrive at the Quincy lash salon and I ask Jenny if she can just fill in the few lashes that were missing. She tells me I need to do a refill for $70 dollars. She continued to say that after two weeks the fill is $80, (it's only been a week so I'm thinking it will be half of what you would pay for two weeks) (would've made more sense. I mentioned I don't need a refill yet, just a touch up of the 4-5 hairs. Literally. Lastly, she ends up actually doing a refill (which I did not need) mounds of glue and extra lashes that I did not need is what I ended up with! Lashes are so stiff at this point that I can't even blink without feeling like my own lashes are scratching my eyeballs. So uncomfortable. When all she had to do was follow the instructions of just a few lashes that I've requested. I felt that this salon was a bit money hungry. If you treat your clients correctly and listen to the style they are looking for, you would have a returning client. Now, because my real lashes have fallen off too, I'm not sure if I'll ever get lashes done again. Watch out ladies.
