Also want to point out that during the free estimate visit i said we were thinking we needed it cleaned weekly or every other week. They said they didn't think that was necessary and recommended once a month. They could have easily said ok and made more money but they didn't. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Service Master was recommended to me through my insurance company after I had water damage. They…read morecaused damage to my walls (likely) through the careless movement of their blowers. When I told them, they sent me a bogus picture of one dehumidifier in the center of the open area and said that's all there was -- unaware that I had my own pictures showing there were actually seven blowers in the area and one exactly where a big gash had been made in the wall. They did not take any responsibility for their actions and dragged out the remediation to soak the insurance company (telling me the day before) their approved time was up and they were tenting the area. Good question, if tenting was going to help dry things up, why didn't they do it earlier except you can't bill for service once you're out the door! Be careful letting Service Master of Salisbury in your front door.

I would ask for that next time because of difference in worker's idea of what needed to be done. The team (two guys) one who was very young and didn't speak, seemed to have the job at hand, under control. After only a few hrs. they text me and said they were finished. I came back to house and lots of what Ken and I talked about, was not done. I told them to call their boss for clarification. They went outside and brought their equipment back inside and began doing the things I told them they needed to. They did not call boss, just figured I was right, I guess. They said they would be there another 45 min. but it took them almost 3 more hours to complete. They did not argue or slack, after our discussion. It may have been lack of communication from management but they definitely needed close direction. They were not professional looking and did not arrive in a large enough vehicle to look like they could complete the task. All in all they did a sufficient job for the price but it took some skill to get them to complete.
