To say that they did a good job would be an understatement. They took their time in doing each room and each piece of furniture. When they were finished an area, they put Styrofoam blocks under all of the furniture so that the carpet under that furniture would dry also. I've never had a carpet cleaner do that before. Then they sprayed a deodorizer (which you pay more for but was necessary for our home as we have 3 dogs one of which is a puppy that is not quite house trained yet) and used a tool that looked like a rake to spread it into the fibers of the carpet. They even got down on their hands and knees to wipe up my kitchen and dining room floors where a little bit of water had spilled. My home is now clean and smelling wonderful.
