Kirbys is good very knowledgeable on RV stuff except the engine. He doesn't service engines. First time I used him due to his terrific reviews at first I was hesitant to make an appointment with him due to his busy schedule. I called him anyway to my surprise he called me back the same day. I know it was a simple fix for him in which he showed me how to fix next time I the same problem. He's a great guy to work with and it's too bad that he is moving to another state next year, hopefully not. This review might be overdue by two months or so. I had called Sean after I hit a hidden stump while backing into my campsite on New Years Day. It snapped my whole black and gray tank outlets. I didn't know how bad the damage was. But I know it was leaking and I could see a crack in the fixture. I was starting a hosting assignment and could not leave my site for the whole month. Sean replied to my called the following day. He was out the very next day to assess the situation. After determining what parts were needed, and he acquired them, we made arrangements for him to come fix it. In my case, I needed him to come out. He initially came out about a week after first contact and was able to determine a course of action. The bad news was I had to wait 6 weeks as his calendar was FULL. You know why it's full? Because he is GOOD!!! When we finally met, he was extremely willing to do what it takes to fix the problem. My gray water tank had a leak and it was in a very difficult location. He figured out the best solution which required both of us to drive the RV to a fabricator nearby. He had the contacts. Wow, Mr. Kirby is a straight shooter, as real and honest as they come. He helped me with a variety of issues, such as refrigerator repair and electrical work, to fixing my day/night shades. After talking to him he took on the tough job of replacing a rv fridge cooling unit (told me which one to buy and who had the best deal) and suggested I try to replace a house water pump. My motorhome awning wouldn't open because one if the arms was stuck. Kirby came out and quickly identified the issue. He unjammed the arm, realigned the awning and replaced a missing bolt that had caused the arm misalignment and jamming. Our RV was washed and waxed over the weekend and we were informed there was a tear in our roof. I went to Yelp and read the reviews for a mobile RV repair service. Sean's reviews were outstanding so we called him. His message on his phone says he will get back to you at the end of the day and that he currently has a two week backlog. Imagine our surprise when he returned our phone call and told us how to do the repair ourselves and it cost less than $4.00 (to repair a tear in our rubber roof)! He said I can come out and do the repair for $85 or you can purchase the supplies from my supplier and do it yourself.
