The managers tune changed and refused to return it . It is not the fault of the customer if they are told misinformation by their staff. I feel this is terrible customer service , and think that the manager should have returned the items as a one time courtesy. There was no apology given just a flat No return! I wanted to support local businesses but with this attitude and bad customer service they have lost a customer. Profit over people is what's ruining small businesses.

They were super helpful and quick to get everything cut and loaded up. I have seen them care for walk in clients that weren't savvy in building and yet they took good care of them and were very helpful. They are not a big box store. But rather a throwback to when businesses took care of their clientele.

The guys in the years we're very quick to help, did a great job of loading the 2400 pounds of material (excellent forklift work, and a very helpful crew on a 90 degree day) Joe was there to wish us a safe trip as we departed the yard, a very good experience, and one I'll be happy to repeat again when we start our next project.
