LET THIS BE YOUR LAST OPTION!!!! I would not even give this place 1 star but it won't allow me…read more..... I called and made appt for someone to come out and give a Free Estimate as advertised on website. I made the appt ( for my parents who are in their 70's) . The first question I ask was is our location too far out and I was told no it is not. I start getting texts from the rep who is coming to the location ( his name is Byron). .then he proceeds to asking me to text him pics of what we are wanting done, isn't this his job ? My parents already have a stand in shower and all they were wanting to do is to rip out what is there and replace with the exact same size. There would be no reconstructing the bathroom and no new construction . I soon later get an email with an estimate of $11,082..........now keep in mind this guy has not even came to the house yet he is giving me an estimate that he has not even laid his eyes on! So then he makes a phone call to me and I am questioning the price considering there is no construction happening. He then tells me that if I think my parents aren't going to do the job that he doesn't want to waste his or our time in driving and gas. Now call me crazy but isn't this how they advertise to do business... Their website clearly states free estimates and quotes, (I'm assuming that a vehicle would be used to get there, which burns gas Wouldn't that be every job). I tell him I don't know what my parents will do that is why he is coming to go over everything with them and then they will make the decision. He then insinuates to me that if I don't think my parents have the money to do the job then I need to let him know and he won't make the trip. I mean WOW!!!! probably I should have canceled the consultation then but I did keep it because of my parents . So this morning I sent a text to the rep and was confirming our consultation tomorrow. I get a return text and letting me know that they have cancelled our appointment it is just out of their jurisdiction and that they 'TRIED' to give an estimate with no success. THEY NEVER CAME OUT TO LOOK SO HOW TO YOU GIVE AN ESTIMATE IF YOU HAVEN'T SEEN THE JOB!!! I have no words for this company!

No! Choose another company! This job took 3 months to get completed and there are still things here…read moreand there that aren't finished. The workers are on drugs, they steal, they work when they feel like it, and they don't communicate. I had a worker urinate in my newly reglazed bathtub. They stole about 3 dozen door knobs, hinges, screws, and 7 gallons of paint. The workers never clean up after themselves and they try to get over on customers. One example, was that the sales person Nick, knew I wanted a higher end cabinet in my personal home and he gave me the same that they were putting in my rental property. When they finally installed the right cabinets, I had soft close hinges on one side of my drawers and not on the other. The worker knew that they didn't match when he installed them. He did not care, he just wanted to finish. Dealing with this company was a nightmare. My sales person was Nick. He quoted me a price for windows and an exposed kitchen vent that he didn't put in the scope document so when he got fired for promising items and not writing them up. I didn't get the windows and I had to pay extra for the vent hood. The workers showed up all times of day and sometimes they took off a week here and there with no communication. So, if I had a regular job where I needed to be there and stay for 8 hours, I would be fired. I later found out that there was an error in ordering the flooring where they were off by 600 sq ft. That delayed the job almost 3 weeks. During this time, you would think they would finish up in other areas that were not delayed but no, they moved on to other jobs. This company really doesn't care about customers. They will leave your place any type of way. Choose another company with 4 or 5 star ratings. Life is too short to deal with calling these people over and over again to get things right that they knew were wrong to begin with!

We noticed the issues even more as we had another company doing our bathrooms and the two companies were like night and day. First, the day we were told they were coming to measure, they cut the back off my countertops and left the kitchen a mess. We were not told this would happen, so it was quite a surprise. Then, the workers left without letting us know they were done for the day. Each morning they would say they were coming first thing, yet the hours they worked were typically 9:30-10 to about 3-3:30. This would not be a big deal if our kitchen was not completely torn apart during this. If anything got messed up, they had to reorder the parts which would take about 2 weeks. They did not have anything in stock.. even small parts. It seemed like the job lasted entirely too long. Each time they were here, the kitchen would be messed up again. The communication was not good and they tracked alot of stuff in while they worked. There were 2 guys each time. One you could tell really cared about the quality and the other just was here because it was a job. The finished product is very nice, but the process was painful. Our linoleum got torn much worse than we would expect and they left paint and glue on the floor, my orthopedic mats, and even glue on a cabinet in the hall. The kitchen was also left with a lot of dust, sawdust in the cabinets, etc Make sure you are provided a full project plan before scheduling your install. That way the no communication will not be a problem, you can plan around the mess, and then just enjoy your new kitchen about a month later. My husband called about the paint and glue issues, but his call was never returned.

The signs on the store and multiple websites state that the store's hours are 9:30 to 5 Mon-Sat. I came by a few months ago around 4 store closed up lights off everyone gone home no sign on door indicating why they closed early. Today on my attempt to shop here I pulled up saw a closed sign and and 3 employees staring out the window at me like I was cuckoo for trying to shop at 4:00. Frustrated, I emailed to the address on their website indicated for feedback to see if they actually stayed open until 5. I received a quick but terse response from the general manager stating that they closed early for "inclement weather" for the safety of the employees and that it had never happened before today without advance notice. First, what they called "inclement weather" I call rain. Traffic was abundant and none of the surrounding businesses were closing early. Secondly, yes it has happened before and stating that it isn't so is an implication that I'm telling a lie. Not a very nice way to treat a potential customer who rarely gets to shop during the bankers hours that this business keeps. If I were a vendor I'd certainly be asking myself if this business is even keeping the paltry hours that they are supposedly open. Or do they just shut it down every time it rains, the wind blows or a bird poops on their windshield? If you're a vendor here and not selling much it may just be because we can't buy your goods through a locked door I do try to support small business but those that keep hours that are unfriendly to folks who work for a living and in essence call me a liar are doing their best to keep myself and other shoppers out. I'll take the hint. Will I try it again? Nope.

Although not everything in this mall is old - or considered an antique, 90% of the items found in the different dealer booths ARE antique or vintage. The mall is very, very attractive and there are beautiful antiques, dating from the 1930's back to the mid 1800's. It is beautifully decorated - you can see that each of the dealers in this mall take pride in their areas and in the merchandise they offer for sale. It was a delightful experience. You were made to feel welcome from the moment you walked in the front doors - without being dogged by those who worked there. Yet, those who work there are more than helpful - knowledgable about what they are selling - and more than willing to call the owners for more information on an item if needed. I rate this a first class antique mall!
