Although not everything in this mall is old - or considered an antique, 90% of the items found in the different dealer booths ARE antique or vintage. The mall is very, very attractive and there are beautiful antiques, dating from the 1930's back to the mid 1800's. It is beautifully decorated - you can see that each of the dealers in this mall take pride in their areas and in the merchandise they offer for sale. It was a delightful experience. You were made to feel welcome from the moment you walked in the front doors - without being dogged by those who worked there. Yet, those who work there are more than helpful - knowledgable about what they are selling - and more than willing to call the owners for more information on an item if needed. I rate this a first class antique mall!

The signs on the store and multiple websites state that the store's hours are 9:30 to 5 Mon-Sat. I came by a few months ago around 4 store closed up lights off everyone gone home no sign on door indicating why they closed early. Today on my attempt to shop here I pulled up saw a closed sign and and 3 employees staring out the window at me like I was cuckoo for trying to shop at 4:00. Frustrated, I emailed to the address on their website indicated for feedback to see if they actually stayed open until 5. I received a quick but terse response from the general manager stating that they closed early for "inclement weather" for the safety of the employees and that it had never happened before today without advance notice. First, what they called "inclement weather" I call rain. Traffic was abundant and none of the surrounding businesses were closing early. Secondly, yes it has happened before and stating that it isn't so is an implication that I'm telling a lie. Not a very nice way to treat a potential customer who rarely gets to shop during the bankers hours that this business keeps. If I were a vendor I'd certainly be asking myself if this business is even keeping the paltry hours that they are supposedly open. Or do they just shut it down every time it rains, the wind blows or a bird poops on their windshield? If you're a vendor here and not selling much it may just be because we can't buy your goods through a locked door I do try to support small business but those that keep hours that are unfriendly to folks who work for a living and in essence call me a liar are doing their best to keep myself and other shoppers out. I'll take the hint. Will I try it again? Nope.

Staff was friendly and they had several people in and out while we were there. Guessing that stock rotates quite a bit with the number of people coming in here. All in all this was a great spot to check out and we'd recommend. I'd give a deduct of one star for price, I think some items were a little on the high side - but you should for sure check them out for yourself!

I am on the phone all day, and calling Embellish and speaking with someone and receiving help, was without a doubt the easiest thing to do. I had the pleasure of speaking to Kat multiple times, and the customer service was fantastic. She got back to me with amended designs from the portfolio, and drew up a template for me to preview. Shipping was quick and easy, and the service was faster than many large companies I order from. I would highly recommend this business to others, and appreciate the client engagement that is often hard to come by.

Keeping in mind that the sheet set cost $150 with a discount, after three years rotating it with a non SN product, the Sleep Number sheets have fallen apart (split open in several spots). I was told by a store associate that they are actually designed to last only a couple of years. Spoke the words out loud. WOW!!! Not only did SN not offer me a replacement, I was not even provided a discount for a new set (wouldn't waste the money anyhow). Be assured that we will NEVER purchase anything from Sleep Number again.

It's been awhile for me since shopping at Rooms to Go. Their pricing is extremely low compared to competitors. Even though my friend asked for a discount and was shot down. Since the furniture is priced so low they do charge you for delivery. Also they will not remove your old furniture for you. They suggested my friend to call to get it picked up by a charity. But unfortunately that advice was not correct so she had to pay another company to get her old furniture removed. They carry some unusual fashion pieces that is priced so well you can afford to change out your furniture often.

This King sized bed frame was purchased from Rooms to Go. I noticed the headboard wobble first…read moreafter assemble and putting a Costco mattress on the frame. The headboard is too heavy for just two screw to hold it in place. I did not know more was in store for this bed. I was able to put blankets behind the headboard to stop the wobble. Next came the slats that hold up the mattress to give out over and over and over again. The screw (one screw) hold one side of the slat & its boards are weak and break. The legs have (one screw) and broke off. Then the sideboards warped while I was away from the home for nine months. Then it broke in two. Less than four years and the bed is trash. I cannot resell a bed like this. There are Facebook groups that talk bad about Rooms to Go. So many in each state. There are bad feedback online and even a Youtube video talking about the poor construction with a similar platform bed. The furniture is not worth it. Many people in the South sell their furniture what they pay for it (unlike in California) And I cannot even sell it. Rooms to Go did not take responsibility. I took Rooms to Go to Court and they did not show up. I am now awaiting the ruling. I just want to take my time to tell people of Alabama do not support this trash company. Trash!

He called back quickly, described the sofa, texted pics upon my request and told me had checked the sofa over carefully for any nicks, scrapes, damage, etc. he even tested both recliners! Great experience with an online/over the phone major purchase. Never thought I would buy this way but Jaelon gained our trust and the sofa is exactly as he described. Once we selected the type of blinds, she quickly and accurately measured our 14 windows. Fabrication and delivery took about a month, which spanned the Christmas holiday. Two people came out to install the blinds, which took about an hour. One of the blinds has a blemish, which seems to be a factory issue. We're waiting for a replacement. The local team has been good to work with, and we wouldn't hesitate to call Budget Blinds for future work.

At that time I placed the order but never scheduled a delivery. Throughout the months I have been harassed by employees. I was first being polite and telling them I would order my sofa on a later date. I spoke with someone a few weeks ago and told them I would prefer them not to call me again. On Monday October 13, 2025, I spoke with a manager when he called and requested for the order to be cancelled since I was having to many issues with the store calling me. I also purchased from somewhere else. The manager stated no one would call me again. To my surprise on October 15, 2025 at 1:47pm CST someone called me and was very rude. The lady stated just because I said no not call doesn't mean the order needed to be cancelled. I advised her I no longer needed to sofa since I purchased it from somewhere else and requested a few days go for the order to be cancelled. She still was admitted. Today I received an invoice from Fortivia for an item I never received for $143.64. this is unexceptionable
