I described what we were looking for and he was quick to understand our need and began looking online for what was in the store's stock. After a few minutes, he told me they had one at a reduced price and if I didn't mind would go look and call me back. He called back quickly, described the sofa, texted pics upon my request and told me had checked the sofa over carefully for any nicks, scrapes, damage, etc. he even tested both recliners! After much discussion at our home, we decided to buy the sofa. Jaelon arranged for us to have the sofa delivered that next Friday morning. Great experience with an online/over the phone major purchase. Never thought I would buy this way but Jaelon gained our trust and the sofa is exactly as he described. What a great man & sales associate. Highly recommend!

Repeatedly call the store and an alternate number have failed to resolve the issue. La-Z-Boy only has a 1.9 Star rating as is and we strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! We are going to return the chair to the store and if a full refund is not issued we will sit in the parking with a sign until they do! Their furniture is trash-Do not waste your time and money! It's my opinion it's a scam...the store I paid should be responsible for warranty. I'll never go back!
