The front desk was very nice, and making an appointment as a new patient at this location was super simple. During the appointment, Dr. Tao was actively listening to my concerns - I wear OrthoK (or night lenses) and had some concerns for possible eye infection which I have had in the past. Dr. Tao was extremely thorough during check-up to verify it wasn't an eye infection, answered all my questions, and explained everything to help make me feel at ease. Definitely one of the better experiences I've had at an eye doctor's!

Friendly organized staff. Skilled technicians. Dr Fleckner quick, curt but remembers details like 3 family members with blindness and needing Lens corrected to see to work and walk so gave referrals for that. SECOND time I saw Fleckner MD as second opinion. Both times he diagnosed issues that prior docs missed. This is vision, after all! We have left messages and no one calls back. We have gone in person to the office and the front desk was rude. The front desk staff could not provide the itemized bill. We were told again to leave a message for the office manager that never returns our calls. We will be finding a different office for the future. There is really no reason that requesting paperwork from any doctors office should be this much of a hassle for patients. Very disappointing customer service. It is a shame.
