The women that runs the place was totally wrong in dealing with customers. It's like buying a car, they are good as gold to you until the deal goes wrong and then they show you their true colors.! I told her I didn't want thag bed, contacted her the day before on what bed I wanted but she refused. It was the only message ( conviently) that she didn't receive. She received all other messages. I would recommend dealing with the place, shop elsewhere! There is a way to deal nicely with customers but she was down right rude.

I was coerced into buying theses chairs and when they wouldn't work and I called the people back, they told me to talk to the manager on Weds. Staff here is very friendly, it's a pretty quiet establishment too but this place also has pianos as well, tons of artwork, all the Antiques imaginable. I also tried to sell back some items i had purchased there, had never worn, in great shape, and they would not buy them back. When confronting the staff, nobody would own up to who went through my items. I highlighted to them that they rejected things on their own list, girl stated "she was not going to stand here and argue with me on every item". She also agreed with me when i said it is basically up to whoever the clerk's style is that goes through my bag. This pretty much sums up that this location of Plato's is condescending, rude, and discriminatory, even against their own policies. If you go here, do not attempt to sell items because you will have wasted your time by finding out it's not trendy, or they will just not take it because of whatever mood they're in that day, or based on the clerks sense of fashion, or what they think would look good on their shelves.
