Every time I have lab work done, I show up for my appointment 2 weeks later to review. Office staff claims the lab never sent them the results , yet, all of the results are posted in EPIC MyChart, the same system that they use in the office. When I challenge the staff on these issues, instead of LISTENING, they become argumentative. I generally just stick to my OB/GYN. I went to Dr. Davis' office for a new patient visit to established care. His office staff was incredibly friendly and they ran very very close to on time (I think he was maybe five or 10 minutes behind) and apologized profusely for being a couple minutes behind. He was kind, thorough, and very reassuring. He took his time and explained everything thoroughly. I felt he spent an incredibly appropriate amount of time with me and I didn't feel rushed at all. Another thing that I find unique about Dr. Davis is that he didn't push meds Down my throat right away, most doctors in his position would've opted to put me on medication immediately.
