Inconsiderate! I was referred by several friends along with seeing great reviews about the lashers at this salon. My current lasher moved too far away so I was seeking a reputable salon for my fills, as any good client I made my appointment two weeks out for their earliest appointment (with a lasher with good reviews). A week later I received a message that my appointment was moved from the morning to the afternoon. This didn't work with my schedule so I went online to rebook my appointment. Now, there are fewer morning appointments available and I'm having to push back my length of time between fills. I found an early appointment, on a different day, with a deferent artist that had good reviews so I booked that. I received the 48 hour confirmation for my appointment, and confirmed right away. Fast forward to MIDNIGHT that same day (the day before my appointment!!) and I get a text saying that my appointment is now with a completely different lasher and a later time. Needless to say, I cancelled my appointment and I will go to another salon. I don't understand where this is acceptable. I hear horror stories all the time about clients cancelling last minute and trying to dictate their lashers schedules. Never would I think a SALON do this. read more

Kiss My Lash is the absolute best eye lash and eyebrow salon around. I have been coming here since 2016 and Kristi and Rissa are absolutely amazing. I live about 35 minutes away and travel even though there are numerous lash salons between my home and Kiss My Lash but everyone else's lashes I see you do not compare to mine. I would highly recommend the salon to anyone as it is extremely clean and they follow all Covid protocol and I feel as safe coming here as I do in my own home. If I could give no stars I would. This establishment does not practice safe methods when applying extensions. I've been getting extensions for the last 2 years. I'm not allergic to any products and have never had an issue until until I visited this place. The lashes were literally placed on my eyelids causing swelling and redness. And after the application was done I had redness and stinging in one of my eyes. I tried waiting it out but my eyes were in so much pain I got them removed and tried contacting the manager/ owner. The manger proceeded to tell me that I was having an allergic reaction and that this was normal to feel after extensions.... but again I've had my lashes done consistently for the past 2 years and have never had this issue. This tells me that it's the application process that was used. I have yet to be offered a refund or even a sincere apology. Thank goodness I went to a doctor and my eyes will slowly but surely be back to normal. But I will never go back and will never recommend this place to anyone. I will be reporting them to every health agency I can find. This was unacceptable and now I will probably never get extensions again due to this "botched" situation. read more

I did a last moment lash fill since my lash artist was out on vacation. I had them do their signature look but it didn't look anywhere close to it but like classic individual lashes only. The whole time I felt her taking off my lashes which were Russian volume lashes by the way and it hurt every single time she did. My eyes were tender for 3 days and slightly swollen. I also did microneedling, didn't get a real pre- or post- care instructions like they state they will in their waiver forms. I also messaged the owner a couple days later asking for more information on what to expect and didn't get any feedback since. I will not be recommending anyone to further try it here. read more

Krystal did an AH-MAZING job helping remove the botched lash extension job I received at another salon. It took 2 hours to remove all the glue and extensions that I had and with relatively NO pain and she was able to salvage many of my own lashes. I wish I had come here to get my extensions done in the first place but they were booked solid because of the holidays and obviously how good they are. It was a relaxing atmosphere and the ladies were all very sweet - even though I was in The 7th level of Lash Hell thanks to the botched job I received at the other salon. Ladies I've lived in South Florida for over a year and this place cannot be touched! So many places will tell you they do Individual Lashes and they do not! Aimee does! She is amazing! Gets you in and out and you look flawless when you leave! She even lets me fall asleep. I had a few friends become envious of my lashes but complained it was in West Palm. I went to Kiss My Lash upon a coworker's referral, and I am absolutely pleased at the experience and the quality look of my extensions. Marissa's shop is clean, neat and attractive, and the procedure was very relaxing. I had lash extensions done, and waxing and tinting of my eyebrows. Marissa wasn't quite satisfied with the results (though I was, lol), and redid the tinting to get it just right. Everyone at work noticed, and I will be sending them to Kiss My Lash if they are looking for lash extensions or waxing!!!!! read more

I got my eyebrows microbladed here by Brina recently and they are amazing! She made me feel really comfortable about the experience and talked to me about everything she was going to do before she did it. I could not be happier with my brows! 10/10 recommend. Only downside is that they're super busy (so book in advance) but I guess that's also a positive since these women are super talented at what they do! read more

Hands down the best place to get your eyelash extensions in south florida. I have been to over 5 other places but no one lashes like them. My eyelash technician is Nancy, and she lashes EVERY SINGLE one of my lashes!!!! I swear I dont even need make up after. I get compliments everywhere I go. She truly is the best! I went in to get my eyelashes done for my first time. They had a promotion for $50 a full set, so I decided to go try them out. Unfortunately I wasn't informed that the girl who did my lashes was still a beginner. Which I wouldn't have expected ether. My eyes hurt during the process. I thought it was Normal, which now I know isn't. I tried wearing the eyelashes and in just one day, they were in complete pain. I felt like I had needles on my eyelids and I'd wake up with my eyes on fire, watering and would get eye boogers. I contacted the owner and she kindly took me in on a day she was off to see what was going on. She moved them around a little and I didn't feel the needle pain as much anymore so I went home thinking they were fixed. Next morning I woke up feeling the same way. Today I went back to get them off because I couldn't take the pain anymore. I didn't want the same girl that put them on to take them off, after being unhappy with my service, so they kindly put me with another girl. Who was very sweet and did take her time and seemed to actually care for my service. I am absolutely horrifically upset after getting them off though. I have no eyelashes in my inner corners and my lashes bolded, are thinner and shorter than what they were before I got them done. My eyelashes were great before I decided to do this. So from my experience I just wanted to inform everyone what has happen to me. I'm not writing this review to hurt anyone or the company, I'm just writing this because I feel like whoever does want to get eyelash extensions , should be informed a lot more and I believe that whoever is touching your eyes, should be a lot more experience with it because as a women we decide to get our eyelashes done already having an insecurity and going to feel more beautiful but in the end, I left feeling worse then what I went in with. read more

I could give 0 starts I would. I got my eyebrows microbladed here and it was the worst thing I did in my life. The actual eyebrow hair I have she waxed it right off and decided to DRAW a brand new eyebrow higher in my face. She said her attempt was to give me a higher arch when my arch was higher before she touched it, I just had really light eyebrows. Not to mention I clearly showed her a picture of one of her passed clients and told her I didn't want my the lines vertically up but rather slanted to give it a natural hair look. What did she do? Draw them straight up of course! My eyebrows look like two scared cats. I have grown back my OWN REAL hair and now spend way more time on my eyebrows then I did before I got this botched job done as I have to apply concealer and foundation to the top of my eyebrow and color in the bottom of my eyebrow (which is my real hair) to match the color of the ink she used. Another microblading technician saw me at a store and asked me did I get my eyebrows microbladed? (Clearly they don't look natural at all) and when I expressed I hated them and wanted to get them lasered off she said "I just don't understand why she drew the hairs all vertical and straight". I was so much happier with my natural brows, and used much less makeup on them before. When I expressed my dislike she was EXTREMELY RUDE and instead of calming me down she said there is no way to take them off and told me her extremely dark lights cost $400 and I should've been able to tell her if I liked them right after she did them. She does not know how to run a business as she has no customer service skills!!!! STAY AWAY!!!! Go to an actual microblading professional, she's clearly not one. read more
