After months of trying to get our pieces, we finally got fed up with the lack of communication and said something to them about the many messages in text and left with their receptionist. Gigi lied and said they never received any of our messages even though you can see they read them and didn't respond (happy to screenshot all of the messages so that the owner can't come on here and try to debunk any of this happening). We were told on several occasions our pieces would be ready on a certain day, only to never hear from them, we then called them on said day for Gigi to tell us she didn't know we still wanted them, all because we said we wanted a call from a manager. Yet she asked us to confirm sizes for approval to move forward, which we gave, she gave us another expected date to be done. Again not done! We called and asked for Savia (the owner), we were told she was with a customer and would call when she was done, we called back an hour later and they said she left the office for the day. Decided to take our business elsewhere for better customer service and even beat their price by almost a third!

We were forced to reorder and were given a date of 10/21/24, leaving us in a mess for a month. This morning our doorbell rang and it was the owners of Christie's Kitchen and Bath. They inquired if we were in the process of remodeling. I replied we were and they said they had a cabinet that had been delivered to them by mistake. It was our missing cabinet. Now it can be installed timely by our carpenter. Kudos to Christie's Kitchen & Bath for coming out DURING this hurricane to hand deliver our missing cabinet. If they would do this which gains them nothing, think how they would be handling your remodeling. They are a class act and if we do more remodeling, I would definitely give them a call. You guys rock.

Our home is 10 years old, and the double sink attachment to my kitchen granite countertop had begun…read moreto come loose. There was a 3/4-inch gap between the sink and the countertop on half of the edges of the sink, and I was afraid that if I didn't get that sink reattached, in the near future it would fall out. I sought repair quotes through Yelp, and Ryan Malloy, the owner of All Your Countertop Services, answered through Yelp messaging within minutes. He gave me a very reasonable quote and said he could come the very next day. I sent him photos and a detailed explanation of my repair situation, and he called me on the phone and talked to me about what would be required to fix my sink. The day of the appointment, he contacted me by both phone and text to give me a considerate heads up as to his exact time of arrival. While in my home, he did a deliberate, thorough job both to maximize the sturdiness of the adhesion of the sink to the countertop and to lessen as much as possible the amount of our exposure to the smelly glue necessary for repairing the sink. His diligence, competence, concern for our health, and full disclosure of every step of the procedure was an amazing degree of customer service I've never received from any service person before. My sink looks great, and I thoroughly recommend Ryan for any repair job of this nature that you might need. In addition to granite countertop installation and repair, he told me he can also do general handyman jobs (other than plumbing and electrical) as well. I will definitely be calling on him for all of my handyman needs from here on out.

Although they have a good selection at the store, he never hesitated to get slabs from the supplier that we were interested in seeing. It only took a couple of days for the pieces to come in and Sergio was consistently in touch with us to let us know when the stone would be there for us to see. Once we selected the stone we wanted, they sent Danial out to make templates of our countertops. He was very courteous and friendly and really spent some time making very accurate templates. It took a week from the time we had templates made to the install day. I had several questions and Sergio had no problem introducing me to the production guys to get all my questions and concerns answered. He even allowed me to be there when they laid out the templates to be sure we liked where the pieces would be cut from the slabs. The installers were very careful and professional with our walls and flooring. Of course the pieces were cut and polished with amazing accuracy and fit perfectly. Watching them handle those incredibly heavy pieces of stone, it was evident these guys know what they're doing. During the install, the owner stopped by to look for himself and give it one last quality check. This was not a huge job for these guys, yet they gave us the utmost attention. They have a well established and dedicated staff and were nothing but attentive to quality and satisfaction. Not many businesses will truly integrate customers beyond the sales staff, but this business involved us in the whole process. We are extremely happy with our new countertops and the steller service we received from Sunshine Granite.

Sunshine Granite & Marble installed new kitchen countertops and an undermount sink for us. Today…read morethe sink fell from under the counter. Upon inspection, my husband found that only 3 mounting clips were used during installation, despite there being room for 6. One of the clips and screw were found in the bottom of the cabinet. This clearly indicates the sink was not properly secured at installation. When my husband called to get it repaired, he was told there would be a $350 charge for a technician to re-attach it. He also told my husband we would need to get a plumber to disconnect the garbage disposal. My husband explained that this was an installation error and poor workmanship by the installer, but they didn't seem to care about making it right. Fortunately for us, we have a friend who is a builder, so he was able to come over today & get it put back in place securely (with 6 clips!) We are very disappointed to know it was installed incorrectly, but more disappointed that the company wanted to charge us to correct their error. BEWARE!!
