Steve came to our house during the messy WHOLE HOUSE demolition process, took all the measurements and gave us a quote. We were extremely pleased with the total price for materials and installation. Here's the thing: we did our renovation remotely (we were 1,400 miles away) when the house was being put back together. Needless to say, we were pretty nervous not being on-site for both the flooring installation. The company's installers were FANTASTIC! They took our calls during the process, sent us pictures as the went along. We returned to a completely finished home and the flooring looks FANTASTIC! We had LVP flooring installed 5 years ago by Interior Floors and it has since warped , began…read moresplintering and is now lifting in various places. They neglected to place a moisture barrier down and installed it directly over the concrete subfloor. Since the floor began warping and peeling more than a year ago our children have cut their feet numerous times , even our dog has injured his paw on the splintering floor! Numerous contractors and even the inspector from the flooring vendor agreed a barrier should have been used. Until now Interior Floors has assumed zero responsibility/liability. The answer we received from Interior Floors was that a barrier was not necessary and it's out of warranty tough luck!
