When they sent the bill it was $700 plus tax. I called and spoke with the office manager who wanted to know who did the original quote, I did not have the name of the person nor did i get a written quote. Someone else got on an extension stated they don't leave the building for less than $275.00. they both had a rude and condescending attitude. These guys are crooks. If you use them make sure to get a written estimate. I take full blame for using this company but we will not be using them for anything else. You have been warned.

We repeatedly stated what we wanted for a cut, brought pictures, asked them to reference their notes ... doesn't mater, they don't listen. Minimal length cut and really choppy trim job with a blow-out, which means we'll be back in two weeks (well, not this time.) They're smart to ask for a tip before they let you see your dogs. I feel like I was scammed.
