We tried for diversity in the face of what was clearly going to be a suboptimal experience but the omelet, fried eggs, and Boston Celtic breakfast were all abysmal. As was the 'juice'. The best that can be said was that the coffee was OK. The pickings are slim in T2, it was the only sit down restaurant on offer, and we figured 'How bad could breakfast be?'. If you are reading this in time get something downstairs at one of the 'to go' shops and save yourself a lot of grief and money.

It was thick but had a sweet and sour taste. Not bad but not Texas. - ribs were rough. Short little ribs that were over cooked. They weren't baby back. Just the small end of spare ribs. Or maybe they were cut. - fried chicken was good. It was thigh meat cut away from the bone. Tasted good but if you're looking for a traditional fried chicken, you'll be disappointed. - sausage was actually the highlight of the whole meal. It had a crispy skin and good flavor. I grew up in a farm town and spent my time playing baseball and lived next to a hunting ground, I know what being American means. And by jove this restaurant serves some of the most authentic American burgers I've ever tried here in Sweden. The meat was fresh, the cheese was real, and the french fries were just crunchy enough on the outside, yet soft and potato-y on the inside. The atmosphere of the open kitchen gives off the feeling of the American spirit of efficiency, yet still holding the quality of a gourmet burger. However, I think personally that the place could use a makeover, as it feels a bit bland and almost childish with the brightly colored chairs and tables which feel sort of out of place with the blank white walls surrounding the dining area. The buns on the burger could have also been a bit softer. It is difficult to achieve the perfect bun, crunchy around the edges but soft in the middle, and I would say the burger did reach the gourmet level, the only part I did not think really made it was the buns. Maybe it was just the time of day I got here but, just keep in mind Dylan. Work your buns.

Not too shabby at all - considering highly priced airport food! Their selections of the buffet included salads, sausages with pieces of pork, pancakes and bread! It was a deal! You get to dine in as well, which was leisurely great! If you are not too hungry for a buffet, they do offer quiches, sandwiches, beverages and the usual cafe items at the front! This grand cafe conveniently has wifi too! I loved to linger here while awaiting for my flight returning home!
