We visited during a customer appreciation day, with lots of reduced prices on some very attractive items. After a quick look around, I discovered the clearance section, and found the perfect item (one of a kind) at a fraction of the original tag. Great service from all staff member who helped us out, including delivery. Now that we are home, the sofa is perfect, extremely comfortable, and looks perfect in our living room.

Customer service from this store has been very poor. We ordered a part for our washing machine over…read morea month ago and still do not have it. We were told the part would take around 7 business days to arrive, we have been calling every few days to follow up and we're being told that the part would come in the next day. We have now been informed after calling again to check the status of this part that it will not be in for another month. As a company you should be keeping track of your orders and if the status of a part changes this dramatically it would probably be a good idea to inform the customer.

I've asked for a refund of at least $240, even though I have lost about $300 in groceries and have the 3 receipts. They should keep $40 - but I wish the 1st visit it was figured that it wasn't something that couldn't be fixed. I gave a good review on Thumbtack that will be edited to reflect the other 3 visits. I am still waiting on them to give the refund. As you can see from all of my reviews- I'm fair and neutral but don't waste your time unless you pay the $40 and get other estimates.

I find I get mixed emotions from the employees. Some are simply amazing will show you exactly what…read moreyou want, give you suggestions (and often times the ones you want not the most expensive), and will walk through every step with you and make sure you have a good time, where other times you go in and try and ask the employees for things but they just ignore you and never bother to help you it's more of a "ya we have that it's... Somewhere.." I do remember one case where a program I purchased wouldn't load on my computer so I brought both to their help, and they fixed it that day as I walked around the mall. I was expecting to have to wait a day or so but they told me that it would be ready in two hours and to go shopping and in fact it was ready before that time.
