Unbelievably bad experience - our kids are devastated. We submitted an application for a kitty and were approved. We paid a deposit right away on PayPal (which she accepted). Today she sent cute pictures of our new kitty in front of a Christmas Tree which melted our girls (4 and 6) hearts with the message "Merry Christmas. It's me your baby twyla." Literally 20 minutes later she sent me a cold email saying she decided to revoke the deal and refund our money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS AWFUL BUSINESS.

Wonderful organization. They care about the safety of each and every kitty. They asked soooo many questions and really take the time to place these animals in forever homes. Not everyone should adopt a pet. People with small children under 5, have large dogs that could hurt or kill a tiny kitten, have a doggie doors a cat can go outside through where it is not safe (coyotes, hawks, fleas, people that take tame pets for horrible things, their applications have false information, their references don't even approve and on and on) they should think twice and understand why their home is not safe. These are the people that post negative reviews because they were not allowed to adopt (Jay M and Michelle R). We adopted a beautiful sweet kitten that we never met first by a picture only. She was everything promised and more. We love her. Thank you Kathleen and Kitkats Rescue for the amazing things you do and dealing with some ungreatful people that should only be praising the unselfish work you do for these animals.

About 2 weeks ago my family and I rescued a wonderful cat that kept crying at our door for help. We tried finding it a home and knocked on many doors until we finally reached the right one and that was KitKats Rescue. KitKats Rescue helped us find Simba a perfect loving home in less than a week. We couldn't be more thankful to this rescue. I promise that if you want a good healthy and loving kitty this is the rescue to go to. Thank you so much for the help we're so happy Simba found a beautiful home and we do miss him a lot but we couldn't be more content in the home he has now. We will always have him in our hearts, thank you so much again

I caution all people to steer clear from the cruel Kathleen Wright and KitCat Rescue- who sent us this image of our "new baby kitten" in front of a Christmas tree, after accepting our down payment weeks ago. Then 20 minutes later said, she is refunding our money and no longer wants to give us our new kitten or any kitten to come to our home because we have a large dog. We have the most gentle loving dog who would never hurt a fly. He has stayed with kittens and runs the other way. She has know for weeks we have a dog, so why wait until the day after we tell our children at Christmas, and send us this photo of our new baby??? It would be preferred if you break a families heart, after an especially hard year during a global pandemic, you don't do it the day after Christmas and two days before our daughter's 5th birthday . These sweet faces that have tears running down because of her cold heart and biased decision. I honestly cannot even imagine being so heartless and cruel. I hope no one ever hurts you the way you hurt our family. As life long animal lovers (dogs and cats), I understand there is no one who would love and care more for animals than we would. Cold hearted, and cruel, our hearts are broken

Some of these rescues really have a stick up their ass and do not make the adoption process very excited for families. We won't be back and we'll spread the word.

It has taken me this long to actually review Noble Paw, because this was an incredibly hard loss for me. We decided on purchasing a miniature goldendoodle, and when we saw the pictures of her, we instantly fell in love. We wanted to see her, but we were told she had kennel cough and we had to wait until she was cleared by the vet. Then we heard that she was allergic to the antibiotic, so again we waited. When we finally went to see her, they had her in the back in a kennel, which I should have realized was odd. We eventually purchased her for $3,000, and she was worth every cent. She was a wonderful puppy, but she constantly had diarrhea. We kept her on Science Diet food for puppies, because that is what they said she was on, but we eventually provide her with Farmers Dog Food, and mixed in Science Diet food. She did well for a couple of weeks on that, but still had loose stools. One evening she seemed a little off, nothing that would warrant a trip to the vet, so we decided if she wasn't better that we would take her first thing in the morning. In the morning she was lethargic, and very sick. Took her directly to the emergency clinic in Vero Beach. The doctor tried everything to keep her alive, but she died within 3 hours. We had an autopsy done and she died of bacterial septicemia. The report said," she had acute to subacute damage to her stomach and proximal small intestine with infiltration of bacteria into the wall of both organs." In hindsight I should have contacted Noble Paws, but like I said earlier, the loss of my sweet girl was too hard to accept, and I couldn't and to this day I still struggle talking about her. I have kept the autopsy report, and eventually I might discuss this with them, to try and recover some of the cost of this tragic occurrence.

We purchased a black miniature Goldendoodle which is in good health after her first exam. The staff was very friendly and informative. 4, not 5 because I wanted to purchase a lot of puppy items such as harness', crate, bed, food, ear cleaner, shampoo etc etc and the selection is very limited or not available and so I went to PetSmart instead. Otherwise, I highly recommend coming to this store, especially if you're considering Petland. Better yet, go to Petland, laugh at the ridiculous price they quote you ($9500 for me), and then leave and come here ($4200). Then forward me a cheque for the thousands I just saved you :)

At Breeder Luis Gonzalez's location a puppy was found "lethargic and cold to the touch," another dog was underweight with his ribs and spine showing; the facility had over 500 dogs." I am beyond outraged by the inhumane and negligent treatment of these animals at Forever Love Puppies in Pembroke Park. We purchased two puppies: a 3-month-old Chihuahua and a 2-month-old Pomeranian. They came home sick. No family should ever experience the fear and financial burden of bringing home a puppy only to find out it is already ill. The so-called "complimentary" veterinary visit that this store "gifts" buyers to use is completely misleading. Our puppies were never examined by a veterinarian, yet we were assured by a staff assistant that they were "perfect" without any tests or physical examination. Side note on this fraud of a clinic: When I walked out of the examination room, there was a dead dog on the bench next to a lady in the waiting room. Such a level of unprofessionalism or disrespect is unbelievable. The attendant called someone to "come get the body". Didn't offer a room for the lady to grieve and choose the urn made her pay and choose in front of everyone with her dead dog on the bench behind her. Days later, our Chihuahua puppy ended up in the emergency room severely dehydrated with signs of Ataxia, a neurological symptom. The result? Over $1,200 in emergency veterinary bills and weeks of emotional distress, all of which could have been avoided with proper care and honest medical screening. We were told that a simple fecal test would have immediately detected Giardia. That basic test was never performed, even though the paperwork states otherwise. We took our boys to our private veterinarian, and both were diagnosed with Giardia. Even more disturbing is the breeder listed on our paperwork. A quick search reveals serious public concerns tied to this breeder. When we looked up the address ourselves using publicly available satellite imagery, the location appears to be a barn-like structure with no visible evidence of adequate shelter or proper housing facilities. At the time, temperatures were around 32 degrees. The thought of vulnerable puppies being housed and possibly transported in those conditions is horrifying. The fact that this store continues to source from breeders surrounded by red flags demonstrates either a shocking lack of due diligence or a complete disregard for animal welfare and consumer protection. There is also a publicly available news report involving the owner's son, Larry Master, which every potential buyer should watch before considering a purchase. Reports and documentation show that puppies are transported in freezing temperatures, with hundreds crammed into trucks and distributed to pet stores across the country. These are living, breathing animals, not merchandise, not inventory, not commodities. This entire experience was irresponsible, unethical, and deeply disturbing. If you care about animal welfare, please do your research. Seek out truly reputable, transparent breeders or consider adoption. No puppy deserves to suffer for the sake of profit, and no family deserves to bring home heartbreak instead of joy. https://www.miaminewtimes.com/news/lawsuits-forever-love-puppies-accused-of-selling-sick-dogs-11711531/
