I absolutely love this shop!…read more Found it randomly just strolling along Avenue Louise and a gorgeous pair of polka dots espadrilles/mocassin (that's the exact name, I asked!) caught my eye in the window. They make their own design in a workshop on-site and work with big brands as well. You'd be surprised at the amount of designs for a young local company (they started just a year ago, the manager told me). So I went in and because they have such a high turnover of designs, the whole shop was on sale (a lot on -50%) to make room for the winter season coming soon. Although my size was missing, the manager showed me the bigger size and also got me a pair of half-size soles, which made the shoes fit perfectly. To be honest, I think I'll stop by again very soon: they have the most amazing collection of brogues...

She claimed that I was bothering a client, but the store was totally empty, only me and the other man. She insisted that I should stand in a different place. When I responded that I don't think I am bothering anyone and am also her client she would repeat over and over again "I don't think so". That whole incident was so rude and unexpected! I live in the US and where the client is always treated with the respect so I wish that lady could learn a little bit of that too. She is around 30, dark hair, thick foreigner accent. I hope the boss of that store can hire a better and nicer staff
