The bid was very competitive and I personally felt it was very fair! We reviewed the job scope, what all we needed done. Alex assured us he was going to take care to do everything, and they did! They did all the pressure washing, removed outdoor lighting, etc, and provided covering over windows and doors, etc., so they could do a good job painting. They even replaced some trim for us that was dry rotted. They took care to replace the boards and caulk them, using the same care I would have taken if I were able to do it myself. The paint crew all were friendly and took time making sure to trim out everything carefully. I was shocked how quickly they got the job done. Many hands made lighter work!
